Gabriel groaned loudly as he smacked into a doorway. Had he really been in a cell so long he'd forgotten how to watch where he was going? He pulled the clean glass door open with ease and stepped inside. "Hello?" He called, watching the nurses in light blue uniforms bustle about, some running down hallways as the sound of a long beep rang out. They paid no attention to him as he slipped through the hospital without any indication he was even there. "This is weird." Gabriel thought out loud. No one seemed to hear him. Gabriel walked through the halls, looking for something, though he wasn't sure what. He moved silently, quickly getting antsy about his search. Gabriel suddenly heard a sound like a cat dying. He dashed toward the sound and came to stand in front of a dark wooden door. Faint recognition tugged at him, almost painful as he braced himself, and opened the door. His gaze set upon Sam, Dean, and Castiel first. Then he looked to the bed. Now he knew. He wasn't really out of heaven.
