My mom walked up to my door and knocked quietly.
"Sweetie?"
"Come in."
"How ya feeling hun?"
"I'm ok."
"Charlie you have to listen to me very carefully ok? Your father and I think we know who attacked you last night. Andy's father, the sheriff, called us and told us who it was. It's Mark."
No, no, no, no. It can't be. What? How?
"Are you sure? I thought he was in prison."
"The camera on the street corner caught him. Now you listen to me if he even tries to hurt you again call the sheriff. They are looking for him as we speak and they have stationed patrol cars out side of the house."

Mark is my ex. He stalked me for three months after the break up and it got weird. He tried to kill me on multiple occasions. One time he snuck in my window and threw a knife at me and when he missed he ran out the window. When the police searched his basement they found pictures of me all across the wall. There were candles. To say he was obsessed would be an understatement. It was horrible. He was supposed to be in prison for 5 years but evidently he got out. I don't know what to do. What if he comes at me again? What if he was going after Andy?

I called Andy seeking comfort but he didn't pick up. I didn't really think anything of it until he didn't come to school for the next two days and still wasn't answering. I called his dad only to receive the news that Andy was missing.
