LXXIII
PARAGON:
"I can tell
you're not over him.
For you weren't
the only one.
There's many women
of the king,
Who believed
the lies from his tongue."
LXXIV
Emma only
looked at her hands.
She knew
John James' other damsels.
But this queen fights
for what she stands,
And these hands
denies cold shackles.
LXXV
The Paragon tried
to persuade,
Her emotions,
to him, to turn.
For Emma needs
to feel betrayed,
So trust and honesty
be earned.
LXXVI
PARAGON:
"You are beautiful
and precious.
Only to be fooled
by a man.
And I know
love is dangerous,
With a fooled woman
than a gun."
LXXVII
Dear Emma
raised her head up high.
Dumb,
but she must defend her king.
Her love for him
she can't untie,
If then
she would lose all meaning.
LXXIII
EMMA:
"John James
had told me no such lies.
Just that his truth
is always loose.
But beyond
all of the advice,
I never learn
from all the bruise."
