'HOLD ON TO SOMETHING!' The Doctor yelled at Amy and Rory as he clung on to one of the many leavers in the console room, the TARDIS was indeed crashing, 'I AM HOLDING ON_' Rory interrupted, he held on tight at one of the many railing that surrounded the main console area, 'why are we crashing?' Amy seemed more exited than anxious, you see; that's what Rory didn't quite understand; he's been part of the doctor's life for about 2 years yet he hasn't mastered the art of calming down at a situation like this, (unlike Amy) he'd preferred a life without risks and near-death situations, 'solar tsunami!, nothing too dangerous!', the Doctor was interrupted as a puff of fire began at the other side of the console room, 'yea, well the last time that happened I turned into mush!', Amy yelled back.
The Doctor pushed a random leaver and signaled Amy and Rory to stay put, well they didn't have much choice, and with a final push the TARDIS crashed.
Smoke had made its way across the room, 'everyone out!' The Doctor coughed, 'if only I thought of that!' Amy criticized, they all managed to make their way to the TARDIS' door, 'erm, Doctor *cough* the door is jammed!' Rory stated as he stressfully tried the door again, still nothing.
'Ah! One moment, I think I have it somewhere 'round here!' The Doctor mumbled, he made his way to the consoles , he pulled out a big wooden box hidden underneath the stair case, and rummaged through many parts and pieces of scraps that looked like rubbish to Amy and Rory , 'Doctor we don't have much *cough* time!'
'Here we are!' He presented a large sledgehammer, 'a bit heavy that one!', he ran back and whacked it hard on the handles. Amy looked unimpressed, 'what is he_' , 'just watch *cough* and see...' Amy interrupted Rory's question, smoke clouded up the room.
The Doctor hopelessly banged on the TARDIS' door, 'oh let me have a go *cough*'Amy snatched the heavy sledgehammer with ease, and with one accurate bang the TARDIS' doors flew open.
They all ran out panting as they gasped for air, 'hydrochloric gas, not very harmful!' The Doctor breathes in, 'yea well we almost choked to death in there!', Amy argued, 'it's funny how we don't really no what's dangerous and what's not, eh?_' mumbled the Doctor, Amy gazed at him with disbelief, 'not unless you actually go for it and try to understand_', 'Doctor!', Amy yelled.
'Oh, yes, sorry, what were we talking about?' 'I don't think now is the most appropriate time for your mumbling!'.
'Where are we anyway?' Rory questioned as he looked around, the breeze blew hard, 'well'...' The Doctor looked around in astonishment, 'it seems we're at a scrapyard!', he said with enthusiasm, 'aren't we meant to be at that planet you told us about?', 'hm?' The Doctor tried to ignore Amy's question, 'you know, the one with the momentous eclipse?' Rory exclaimed, 'oh yes!', the Doctor waved his sonic screwdriver, 'what about it?' He asked; still focusing on his gadget, 'why aren't we there then?' Amy asked, 'keep up Pond, we crash-landed !' He said with a big grin, 'from the look of the atmosphere, it seems we're in earth, America! the year 2018 if I'm not wrong!' Amy looked around in disgust, the air smelt like burning sulfur, 'hate to break it to you but you are very much wrong; this isn't that planet you promised!', the Doctor paid no attention, 'hush now. Pond!', Amy turned to Rory, 'husband say something!', 'erm, right..can we go now Doctor?' Rory asked in hopes of pleasing Amy, 'no!, incase you haven't noticed were at a scrapyard, who can resist?' 'I didn't mean tell'em off but thanks anyway!' Amy remarked, Rory felt compelled to knock some senses ion into the curious Doctor.
'Ah!' The Doctor exclaimed with glee, he skedaddled to the nearest pile of abandoned junk and pointed his sonic screwdriver then checked the analysis, 'oh no...' He whispered to himself, 'Doctor can we leave!?' Amy was furious at his neglecting attitude.
'Leave? Not so soon...' The Doctor sounded like a child in a playground, 'if only I could think of a reason!' Amy said sarcastically, the Doctor's face turned grim, Amy was quick to notice the we're-in-trouble face, she's gotten used to it over the years of traveling with him, 'Doctor?' Amy walked up to him, the Doctor didn't pay the least bit of attention to her.
'Doctor what's wrong?', 'what?' The Doctor tried to hide the obvious situation, 'oh, absolutely nothing, who said anything was wrong?' He put on his best smile and fixed his bow tie, 'bow ties are cool!' He randomly exclaimed, 'OK now I know something's wrong!' Amy whispered, before the Doctor could reply Rory yelled in terror, 'DOCTOR!', Amy and the Doctor exchanged looks before rushing back to Rory, Amy could see that Rory was paralyzed in fear, the Doctor breathed heavily, 'oh no...' He whispered ...
