Chapter 8

Grays POV
"Where is she?" I asked as I continued to look around, worried about what might happen to her.

"Gray-sama" I heard Juvia say from behind causing me to turn.

"Juvia I'm-" I begun but was cut off by a bear crushing hug.

"Juvia knows, Natsu told her everything" she said with a slight giggle.

"No I want you to hear it from me" I said pushing her away to meet her eye to eye.

"Juvia I'm sorry, I only said those things because I was worried about you and... I was kinda jealous" I said turning my head to the side as I tried to hide my blush.

"You mean a lot to me and the thought of loosing you, it hurts more then anything else in the world. You being mad at me makes me feel like I've already lost you and... It's the worst kind of torture" I said as I looked up at her eyes, only to find them filled with tears.

"Juvia?" I asked she only shook her head and dried her eyes.

"Juvia loves you too" she said as she pulled me into another hug, this time I wouldn't let her go.

"I don't ever want to be without you" I whispered in her ear as a tear rolled down my cheek.

"Please Gray-sama, don't ever leave Juvias side" she said as I nuzzles into her neck.

"I would fight the world to be with you" I said with a smile. Finally, nothing will tare us apart I thought as I slowly let her go, wiping the already fallen tears.

"Let's go back, Lucy-san made dinner" she said latching onto my arm but I shook her off.

"No" I said as I wrapped my arm around her.

"Better" I said as a blush covered her face, we walked through the the forest in search of the small cottage once more.

"Hey, why don't we take a detour" Juvia suggested as she grabbed my hand and walked in a different direction to the cottage.

"Where are we going?" I asked curiously as I stared at the back of her head.

"Gray-sama should trust his girlfriend" Juvia said pouting causing an explosion of red onto my face.

"I-I do" I stutter as I hung my head low, not wanting her to know she has this much of an effect on me.

"We're here" she soon said stopping in her tracks, my head shooting up in suspicion.

"Wow" was all I managed to said as I looked at the beauty before me. Juvia had sat on the bank side of a stream, a water fall just up ahead. Her eyes reflected both the light of the moon and the glow of the river, making the sight before me look irresistible.

"Is Gray-sama going to sit with Juvia?" She asked as she patted the space beside her.

"Juvia..." I whispered as fireflies started to come out, illuminating around her.

"Are you okay, Gray-sama?" She asked but I only smiled and sat down on the ground, laying down so my head lays on her lap.

"Yeah, I'm perfect" I said as I tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, stroking her cheek as my hand sunk back down.

"Juvia thinks Gray-sama is really cute when he blushes" Juvia giggles as she played with my hair. I closed my eyes and smiled as the soft sound of her shallow breaths and the trickling waterfall paints a picture in my head.

Juvias POV
Juvia watched Gray-sama as he closed his eyes with a smile on his face, minutes later the sounds of his snoring filled the air.

"Oh Gray-sama, what have you gotten yourself into..."

Ah that was so kawaii and cheesy! Could you imagine Juvia having to carry Gray back because he fell asleep! XD oh I love those two. Anyway sorry for the late update... I love you my little butterfrees ^-^
