Only One for Me~ Jurassic Park (A Zach Mitchell Fan fiction)

Chapter 1

Riley's POV

This is the story of how I met Zach. Well, it's not really my story because it's the Indominus' story... Or is it Owen's... Ok never mind. The point is its a story of the downfall of Jurassic World. And here how it all began.

I was sleeping peacefully on the couch cuz last night I was too tired from all the raptor training I had to do the other day and was too lazy to move my ass to my bed. Anyway, I was sleeping peacefully on the couch when I felt a heavy man probably over 200ish (I think.. I don't know how much my brother weights) pounds jumping on me.

"MORNIN' SUNSHINE! TIME TO GET UP! FETCH ME AND BARRY SOME COFFEE! COME RILEY GET UP!" Owen yelled at me. See if it wasn't my day off I would've gotten coffee for him and Barry by now and I'd be at the raptor's paddock. But my brother specifically knows that its my day off and still wants me to wake up early. Just to what? GET HIM AND BARRY COFFEE!

"No. Get it yourself." I said as I attempted to push him off the couch. And as my attempts to shut him up had failed. Pushing a man who is bigger, stronger, and ( at the current moment) smarter than me probably would have a 99% chance of failing.

"Oh c'mon. This is how you plan to spend you day off? I could think of better things to do on my day off. Such as go fishing, or help fix my motorcycle that you had manage to destroy. Wait never mind I'll se a disintegrated motorcycle instead. Or how about get coffee for me and Barry? Or-"

"First, I wanted to wake up later not at what? 6:00 A.M in the morning! Second, you have arms and feet and a body so get it yourself. And third, how am I suppose to get coffee for you and Barry when your weight is crushing the life out of me?"

"Ok. But first I want to give my little sister a HUGE BEAR HUG!" Owen pulled me into a life threatening hug still on top of me.

"OK OK I'LL GET YOU YOUR COFFEE! PLEASE LET ME GO! I WANT TO LIVE!"

"That's the spirit!" He got off of the couch to go change. Which gave me a couple of minutes to have some more sleep. Then I rolled myself off the couch, cuz I'm lazy, brush my teeth, brush my hair, and put on some face lotion so my face doesn't dry up. I put on a plaid shirt, some riped shorts, and combat boots. I had to walk to the visitor center which was located in the main plaza. Took me a good 30 minute or so on foot in the hot scorching sun. I got Owen and Barry regular coffee and myself a s'mores mocha frappe since it was very hot. I was on my way out of the visitor's center when my phone rang in my back pocket. I looked at the caller ID to see that it was Owen. Probably wondering and worrying about where I am. I put the coffees on the help desk and answer the call.

Owen: Where are you? What is taking so long to get the coffee?

Riley: Wow I can see that you care so much of where I am and that I'm worrying you so much about my safety.

Owen: Yeah yeah, just bring the coffee to the raptor's paddock.

Riley: Can I help feed their breakfast?

Owen: I thought it was your day off.

Riley: I know. But their my babies too.

Owen: Ok just don't go wondering on your own.

Riley: I was going to wonder around the park. Not the carnivore paddocks. I'm not that stupid.

Owen: Alright. LOVE YOU. See you soon.

Riley: Bye. Love you too.

~hangs up~

During the call I found that my shoe laces were untied. As I bent down to tie my shoe laces. I was push forward by another body and fell on my face.

"Look what you did Zach."

" It's your fault that you were going too fast."

As I looked up, I saw a small boy with blind messy hair and blue eyes probably in his tween years, probably the ages between 10-12, and a taller boy, about the age of 16, so around the same age as I am with dark brown hair, pale, and not so eagered to be here.

"Ow." I said.

"Sorry about that it's Zach fault. He should say he's sorry," said the blonde small boy," I'm Gray Mitchell and this-"

"I'm Zach Mitchell." The taller boy said, interrupting his younger brother. "I'm really sorry that I made you topple over."

"It's fine and I'm Riley. You really shouldn't interrupt." I said with a disapproving look.

"Right, sorry Gray." Zach replied giving a fake smile to his brother. I could tell that he didn't really care for his brother.

"Well, nice meeting you. I have give these to my brother and his assistant."

"Your brother works here?" Gray asked.

" Yeah, he and I both work with the Velociraptors." I replied to the eager little child.

"Cool, can we see them?" Gray asked.

"Sure just make sure your parents know that you're going with me."

"Well, our parents didn't go with us. But we have a babysitter named Zara." Zach said. Zara. I never really liked her. She's a butt kisser and I hated butt kissers. Claire made her, her number one assistant. Bad move Claire.

"Our parents want us to spend time together before they get divorced." Gray said.

"They said that to you?" I asked completely shocked. Usually parents like to keep it a secret and when the divorce really happens, they tell the kids. Or the kids just figure it out. I should know. Owen and I ran from home because of it.

"No I saw that they were getting letters from 2 different lawyers, divorce lawyers." Gray replied starting to tear up. I felt bad since I was the one who started it.

"I'm so sorry." I said

"It's fine." Zach said pretty harshly. He looked at Gray and gave a glare. I got pretty mad. What is with this kid's attitude. It's like he doesn't care that the divorce is hitting his brother pretty hard and that his parents are probably getting divorce.

"Well, I got to go. Maybe I'll see you later."

"Bye"Gray said with more enthusiasm this time. I wave good bye to the boys, getting ready for my walk to the raptor's paddock.
