Chapter 18- Truth

“Annie, please?” Harry asks barely audible, as he sits next to me in music but I choose to ignore him. He removes the icepack and he sighs. My heart breaks at the sight of him, his lip is all busted up and he has a black eye, I don’t look at him again and the bell rings, I grab my books and rush out of class, i search for my phone in my bags and my books fall to the ground, i throw my head back in annoyance and start picking them up

“Do you need any help?” a familiar voice asks, I look up

Zayn

“No, thanks” I say politely, picking up my books, he sits beside me and helps me, i grab the books from his hand, and his hand touches mine, I shiver, for the first time I shiver by him touching me

 “Annie” he starts, I stand up then I turn around and walk away, leaving him on the ground, he looks down his hair is messed up, and his left cheek is blue, I continue walking and for some reason he looks really attractive now, I head over to lunch

“Annabelle... Uhm, hi” i turn around in my chair and see the blonde haired bimbo in front of me, I turn around and she smiles half heartedly

 “Can i talk to you for a sec?” she asks shyly, I stare at her confused and nod, we head out of the cafeteria to the parking lot, she stops and turns around, facing me

“This might be odd but I just want you to know that you and Harry really are great together, he really does love you, I’m really sorry for all of the crap I’ve put you through. I deleted the picture, your secret’s safe with me” She says and hugs me and walks away

 “Chinay!!” i shout, she stops and turns around

“Yeah?” she asks and I walk towards her

“I know about last night, the date” i finally say, and she stares at me wide-eyed

“Oh, I’m so sorry... Nothing happened.. i swear” she stutters, i want to believe her, I really do, I mean, I love Harry with all of my heart. I always have.

“Tell me everything please?” i ask in barely a squeak

*Harry’s p.o.v*

*1 day earlier*

“ I’m not doing this, I'm in love with someone else” I say through my teeth

“Well then.” she says stepping away from me, I feel bad, almost immediately what’s wrong with me?

“This was a mistake” she says and quickly walk away, i run after her

“Wait..” i say, and she turns around and her face lights up, I take my phone out  and text Belle that i won’t be able to make today
