The final bell rang. Students were dismissed. Blake, Hazel, Katy, and Zack met up with each other and headed off to Katy's car.
"Those interviews were weird," Katy said.
"Yeah, they asked if I knew him and stuff, not like the stuff you would think they would ask," Zack stated as they got into the car.
"Like what?" Hazel asked.
"Probably like, 'Do you know how to gut someone like a pig'" Zack laughed.
"That is so morbid Zack, that's seriously not funny," Hazel said.
"Guys, do you know anyone with the username Evergreen5?" Blake blurted out. "Someone with that name followed me on Instagram."
They all shook their head. It was a silent ride all the way to Hazel's house. They arrived at her house and went into her basement, where her room was. They went into her room. Blake and Zack sat on her bed. Hazel sat in a spinny chair, and Katy sat on the ground by her bed.
"Since it's Friday," Hazel started, "do you guys want to spend the night?"
"Sure," Zack and Blake said at the same time.
"Sounds good," Katy said, "we can watch scary movies!"
"No way," Hazel looked at Katy.
Katy nodded quickly. Blake shrugged.

They watched movies, not horror movies, on Hazel's TV. Before they realized it, it was dark outside."I'll go get us snacks, is that okay with your mom, Hazel?" Blake asked Hazel.
"My mom isn't here, she's on a business trip," Hazel responded.
"Okay," Blake walked off.
"GET ME GUMMY BEARS!" Zack yelled to him. Blake laughed and walked up the stairs. He walked into the kitchen when his phone rang. 'Unknown Caller'. Blake answered.
"Hello?" Blake said as he searched through the kitchen for snacks.
"Hey," Someone responded with a raspy voice.
"Who is this?" He put popcorn in the microwave.
"Were you planning on someone calling you?" They responded.
"Uh, no. You didn't answer my question."
"I didn't.... think it was relevant."
Blake laughed, "That makes no sense."
"How so?"
"It was a relevant question," Blake started to get nervous, for no reason.
"You look scared."
"What?"
"I said you sound scared,"
"Well I'm not," Blake looked out the window above the kitchen sink.
"Looking for something?"
Blake froze.
"What did you say?" Blake said, his voice shaking.
"It sounds like you're looking for something, I can hear you going through cabinets, are you in a kitchen?"
"No," Blake lied, he did not want to give the stranger this information.
"Then I must be going crazy."
"Probably, you calling random people and starting conversations."
"I'm just being friendly, CRAP!" Right as he said that, Blake heard the same 'crap' come from down the hall.
"What was that?" Blake asked, looking down the hall
"I fell."
"Where are you?" Blake asked, his voice shaking.
"I don't know, where are you?" The stranger responded.
Blake silently grabbed a knife from a drawer and walked into the dining room and hid underneath the table. "I asked you first."
"Answer the question or I'll gut you like a pig," The person on the other line said aggressively. "Fine, let's play a game. Hide and seek. If I find you, you're out,"
"I'm going to call the police," Blake said nervously.
"They won't be here in time, and that's against the rules, let's start."
"Let's do it," Blake hung up. He gripped the knife. He crouched lower under the table and looked under the chairs. He saw feet and a cloak wander around the kitchen. They walked into the living room. He got out from under the table. He silently walked into the kitchen, gripping the knife harder. He hurried down hall, just in time as the killer came back into the kitchen.
Blake silently opened the front door and went outside. He ran around the house to the backyard. He opened the door to the basement.
"Guys," Blake said in a loud whisper. They all gave him puzzled looks. He beckoned them and they got up and walked towards him. They walked outside. Just then Blake got another call. He answered it.
"What?" Blake said sternly.
"I see you outside. Come back in now or I'll kill you all."
Blake looked at the windows, he didn't see anyone.
"Okay," Blake hung up, he gave Hazel his phone, "call the cops." Hazel gave him a confused look.
Blake ran back inside. He looked around silently. He walked up the stairs. He got to the main floor and walked into the kitchen. He saw a cloaked guy with a ghost mask on.
"Come get me," Blake ran down the hall. The killer sliced his arm. Blake held the wound tightly and ran out the front door. The cops were coming down the street. The killer looked at him and Blake smirked. The killer ran down the street into the darkness. Blake broke down and cried. He had a panic attack. He was just attacked. There is a killer out there. He broke the rules, he had Hazel call the cops. He didn't want to know what punishments he would get for breaking the rules.
He got a text. He looked down and the text said, 'You broke the rules. Punishments are to come. Good girl or horror fangirl?'
Blake texted back, 'Do NOT hurt Hazel.'
He received a new one, 'As you wish (:'
Blake texted back, 'No! That's not what I meant! Don't hurt Katy'
No response.
