The four were sitting in Hazel's room the next day. The police have stated that everything that happened the night before was a prank.

"So what all happened yesterday, Blake?" Katy asked. Blake explained what happened that night. He did not tell them about the texts he received right after.

"That really is like a movie, Blake, I don't think it was a prank." Katy stated.

Blake nodded. Zack looked at Blake.

"Did you get my gummy bears?" Zack asked with the puppy dog face.

Blake laughed, "Sorry Zack."

"C'mon!" Zack laughed back.

"Zack, really, Blake could've been seriously hurt!" Hazel said.

Zack nodded his head.

"Guys, I'm gonna go home. I'm kinda over this scary killer thing." Katy said.

"Bye Kates." Hazel said.

"Buy guys!" Katy left. She left the room and walked up the stairs. She got to the main floor and walked out the front door. Katy shielded her eyes from the bright sunlight.  Katy walked across the lawn and got in her car.

She pulled out and drove home.

Katy pulled into her driveway. Just then she got a text.

'Hey.' The text read. It was from an unknown number.

'Who is this?' Katy typed back. She put her car in park and got out of the car.

'Who do you think it is?'

'Hmmm. I give up.' Katy responded.

'Who am I talking to?'

Katy walked across her front lawn and got on the front porch.

'You tell me.' She responded. Katy almost went in her house when she saw something move inside through the window.

'I asked first.'

Katy blocked the number. She sighed and walked inside. She then got a Direct Message from the username 'Evergreen5'.

'Why did you block my number?' The DM read.

'Because I don't know you.'

'I'm just being friendly.'

Katy froze. She remembered what Blake said and how the killer said they were just being 'friendly'.

'That's nice, but I don't need new friends.'

'I'm not trying to be your friend.'

'Then what are you trying to do?'

'Get in your head before I slit your throat.'

Katy looked at the message. Did he really just send that?

'Lol! I'm just kidding!' The person responded.

'Okay....'

'Look out!'

Just then a baseball was thrown at her. It missed her by nearly an inch. She turned around and there was a guy standing there with a cloak on. He had a ghost mask on. He was holding a baseball bat and a knife.

Katy's eyes widened.

"Very funny, Blake." Katy laughed. She started to walk towards him when she got a call. She answered it.

"You get home okay Katy?" It was Blake.

"Yeah.... I'll talk to you later." Katy hung up. She looked at the guy. They pulled out their phone and continued to DM Katy. Katy looked down at her phone.

'You know horror movies. What happens next?' The text read.

"This." Katy said to him. She picked up the baseball and threw it at the killer's face. The killer fell backwards. She ran and hopped over him. He grabbed her leg and and she fell. He stabbed her in the thigh. She screamed in pain as she got up and limped quickly up the stairs. The killer followed her. She got to the top of the stairs and turned around quickly. She pushed him and he fell down the stairs.

The killer was on the ground, laying still. Katy turned around and called the police. She turned back around and the killer was gone.

"What?!" She hung up on the police and called Blake.

"Come over. Now." She said.

Hazel, Blake, and Zack arrived at Katy's house. She had bandaged up her thigh. She explained what happened and Blake looked at her, eyes wide. He remembered the text when the killer asked about the good girl or the horror fangirl. The killer made Blake chose.

"I think someone is out to get us. Blake and I are lucky we got out alive," Katy said looking at Hazel and Zack, "we need to stay together."

Blake got a text.

'The fighting four staying together now are they? How sweet.'
