Everyone was dismissed early from school because of the murder that happened that day. Blake and Katy walked to Katy's car.

It was a silent drive all the way to Katy's house.

When they arrived they got out of her car and walked into her house. They walked into the kitchen and there was a note on the table that read; 'Your Grandpa is on the hospital, we went to go comfort him. We will be back on Sunday. You may have one friend to stay over until then. Lots of love, Mom.'

"I'll stay," Blake looked at Katy.

"Thank you!" Katy exclaimed.

They walked into the living room and watched TV until it became dark.

Katy yawned. "I'm tired, I'm gonna go to bed, you can crash on the couch."

"Okay, loser." Blake responded, laughing.

Katy laughed and walked out of the living room, up the stairs and into her room.

Blake looked around the room. He got up and closed all the blinds to the windows. Before he closed the last one, he thought he saw a glow in the backyard. A glow that looked like it came from a phone. He brushed it off and closed the blind.

He reached in his pocket and pulled out his headphones. He plugged the headphones into his phone. He went on to his music and scroll through his options. He clicked the song "Hold Me Closer" by Lanks. He walked across the room and sat on the couch. He went on Instagram and scrolled through the pictures.

Zack sat in his bed listening to music. He was just starting to get into the music when he got a call. He looked at who it was from. The call said it was from 'Blake <3'

Zack smiled. He pulled out his headphones and answered it.

"Hello?" Zack asked.

"Hey." A voice said. It didn't sound like him. It was raspy and distorted. He couldn't tell who it was from.

"Nice voice Blake. Very sexy."

"You think?" They responded.

"Yeah talk to me more." Zack grinned.

"How about I talk to you in person?"

"Hmm. No the phone call is more... hot."

"Okay. I liked the music you were listening to."

Zack looked at his phone. "How did you know that I was listening to music?"

"Because I'm in your closet."

Zack looked at his closet. "Not funny, Blake. You're lying."

"Try me."

"Okay." Zack slowly walked over to his closet. He paused. He breathed deeply. Zack pulled it open.

No one was in there.

Zack turned around. "Told you."

"Check behind the clothes."

Zack turned back around. He stepped into the closet. He pushed clothes around.

Still no one.

"Nop-" Just then he felt a an agonizing sting of pain in his upper back. He gasped and turned around quickly. There was a person wearing a black cloak and a ghost mask.

He screamed and ran around him. Zack ran across his room to his bed. He grabbed a lamp of his nightstand and smashed it over the killer's head. The killer stumbled backwards. Zack quickly turned to his bed.

Zack ran over his bed. As he did, he tripped over the covers. He yelped as he fell on the floor. He scrambled on the ground and got up. He ran to the door. The killer stepped in front of the door. The killer stabbed Zack in the stomach.

He yelled in pain. The killer pulled the knife out and back in quickly. Zack coughed up blood. He yelled again, in agonizing pain. The killer picked Zack up. They carried him across the room towards the window. Zack weakly fought against the killer.

"Please." Zack said in a hushed, pained voice. Blood fell from his mouth to the floor. The killer stopped at the window and raised Zack up.

Just then, the killer threw Zack at the window, as hard as they could. Glass shattered, and Zack screamed as he plummeted to the ground below him.
