Chapter 2

Peris PoV

I breathed heavily and Took a deep breath before knocking on the door, I looked at my photograph one last time and checked back to reality this is going to be my life, no turning back. I knocked

The door swung open and I grabbed Nicos hand from behind squeezing it tightly, the door revealed jack who smiled at us both "peri Nico, nice to see you both" he chuckled "come in" we walked through to the house I lived in when Steph was born we sat down,

Nico nudged my shoulder and encouraged ,me too speak "is Tom about?"

"No he's out but jades here" he smiled "jade!" He yelled, brilliant just what I needed her here when I need to speak to Tom

"Oh, hi Nico, peri" she skipped over and gave us a hug, not that I wanted one. "Look jade, is Steph here or has Tom got her?" Nico asked jade looked puzzled "yeah? She's upstairs why?"

"Peri would like to see her"Nico smiled "that's not a good idea" jade quickly fought back

"Why not she's my daughter Jade not yours!" I yelled at her

"Ok, she's in her bedroom" she pointed up the stairs, I looked at Nico in fear, she took my hand and lead me to the room, jade followed behind "could we do this alone?" She asked jade nodded and walked back downstairs, "Nico I can't do this" I whispered

She ignored me and opened the door to a pink little nursery. Filled with everything a baby needs and so many toys and teddies, I walked over to the cot where the little girl lay with her blue eyes wide open; my daughter

"Hey there little one" I sighed looking over at her "bet you don't remember me do you, that's probably a good thing"

I picked her up, she began to wriggle and get out making noises, I put her back down and took a step back "pez it's ok she just doesn't remember you she's bound to be a little shocked"  Nico comforted me and picked up the baby instead and handed her to me "come on we'll  take her for a walk, and try and find tom"

We walked downstairs and met jack "look at you" he smiled "I told you didn't i" he winked at me "is it ok if me and Nico take her for a walk, I want to bond with her" I looked at the little girl, who was still very unsure on what was going on jack smiled and walked over with her pram "go for it."

I placed her in and made sure she was safe and secure, I breathed a huge sigh and walked out the door with Nico by my side and into the streets of Chester

Toms PoV

I arrived home and no one seemed to be around but I could hear jade in her bedroom, I went to check on Steph, she wasn't there so I went to see if jade had her

"Where's Steph?" I asked knowing she didn't have her

"Oh, peri has her" she looked up and smiled "what?"

"Something about bonding with her, they left for a walk about an hour ago"

"Are you mad?!"  I ran downstairs and ran out, I went to peri's house the door was open so I walked in peri was sat on the sofa with Steph on her knee playing with her no one else was in the house "peri?!"

"Dadada" Steph babbled peri smiled at her "peri why do you have Steph?

"I wanted to bond with her before.." She stopped "before what?"

"Before I become he mum again. Tom I want us to be a family" 

I picked up my daughter and put her back In the pram "peri you can't just walk back into her life Like this"

"Tom please" she begged

I walked out and back to my house, leaving peri behind

Peris PoV

I ran after Tom and into his house with the key jack gave me Tom was sat with jade and Steph, "Tom I won't let you push me out of her life, I'm her mum" I screamed
"Look" I walked over to Steph and smiled at her "Steph where's mummy?"

She pointed over to jade, my heart broke, I never thought I'd say that but it did, I looked over to jade.. I'd lost my boyfriend and my daughter to her, and will probably never get them back
