-Harry, are you sure you have everything? Wand, owl, quills? All we need is your robes, right? - James asked Harry while he checked the list of equipment for the 5th time.

-Yes Dad, I'm sure.

-You know what, it's good your mother went to Ollivanders. At least she wouldn't shout at us for taking so long and getting lost. - He quickly changed his face when he saw Harry looking at him as if he just lost his mind - I mean, we didn't get lost. We're just, well, checking out everything we haven't visited before right? - He asked.

-Sure, Dad.

-You always gotta be optimistic, Harry. - James said - I'm so happy for you. You're going to hogwarts and all. Not like it wouldn't happen, or something. The Order is happy aswell. - James stopped and looked at his son. For the first time in years, he realised his son is growing up to become just like him.

-Okay, let's go to Madame Malkin. We need to get your robes.

As they walked around the Diagon Alley, they had seen many people that looked just like them. Confused, but rather happy. Yes, that's the best word to describe them.

-Here it is Harry. Come on, jump in. - James opened the doors to Madame Malkin's shop. He knew that it would be mostly crowded, because of all the first years going to Hogwarts with Harry. The thing is, there were only two people in the shop. Lucius Malfoy, and his son.

The Malfoy's were well known to Lily and James. Harry didn't know much about them. His parents decided that some things should be left out, not to stress him out. He knew about the death eaters, and Lord Voldemort, of course. The thing he didn't know is that he might be "the chosen one".

- Who do we have here? James Potter, and his young version. Harry Potter, isn't it? - Lucius asked, looking at Harry.

-I'm glad to see you here too, Lucius. - Said James in a sarcastic tone.

-Harry, why don't you go to Madame Malkin and ask for a robe yourself? It's that lady near the back door. You know your size anyway. - James turned to Harry.

-Draco, you should go too. You know who she is, you've seen her before. I'll come back to you after we finish talking.

The boy Harry's age nodded and made his way to where James described it. Harry felt a bit strange walking around a shop he didn't know, after a boy he just met. He didn't understood why couldn't his dad just go with him. Was the conversation with the man he talked to that important?

The boy slowed down a bit, just to catch up with Harry.

-Hogwarts too? - He asked.

-Yeah.. - Harry replied. - Is it your first year too?

-Yeah. Strange to think we just meet, and I haven't introduced myself. - He stopped, and so did Harry. - I'm Draco Malfoy. What's your name?

-Harry.

-Harry?..

-Harry Potter, sorry.

Draco looked at him like he had known him from somewhere, but he couldn't remember where.

-What house do you think you're going to get sorted into? - Draco asked while they walked.

-Um, I haven't actually thought about that yet.

-Oh - Draco said, disappointed. - I'm pretty sure I'll get in slytherin. Father says all pure bloods get there, so. Gryffindor doesn't look too bad either. - He said, a bit unsure at the last bit. Harry had realised that Draco wanted to get into slytherin really bad, but he didn't understand why.

-Harry, did u get the robes yet? - James appeared right behind the boys just a second later.

-Uh, no dad. We talked for a bit, and I forgot about it.

James looked Draco. He didn't think of him as a horrible child, but he would prefer Harry not to be friends with him for the reasons the Order had. The Malfoy's shared a strong opinion about Voldemort, that didn't agree with the Order. But all James ever wanted, was Harry to be happy.

Approximately an hour later, James and Harry were ready to leave and look for Lily.

-So, see you at Hogwarts, right? - Draco said to Harry.

-Sure- Harry smiled at Draco, thinking he finally made a friend.

I haven't posted in a while, which I feel really bad about.
What do you think about Draco so far? Is he still the same as from the series?
The next chapter will be about Harry going to hogwarts. I should post soon.
