You pulled away, sensing the stares and the camera flashing around both of you. Johnny's eyes slowly opened and he asked: "What's the problem?"

You cleared your throat and nugged your head towards your unwanted crowd. Johnny sighed, wrapped an arm protectively around you. You unwrapped the arm from around you and gave Johnny a look like 'Does it look like I need protecting'.

He grinned and whispered in your ears as though he knew what you were thinking: "I know that you can kick everybody here's ass but please let me look like I can hug my girlfriend without her killing everyone within a mile radius." He then proceeded to hold your hand.

You laughed but nonetheless, couldn't help but think that the statement was unmistakably true. Your mind wavered to what type of bomb you may need for that operations. You quickly waved that thought aside. Then something else started to bug  you and if it wasn't bombs, it was Johnny.

"Ummm.... Johnny? "

The crowd had dissipated but there were still some glances coming left and right from passer-by's. Johnny hummed in response. You didn't know if you should say it but you asked it anyway.

Johnny followed your empty gaze. He sighed and said:

"(y/n), If you haven't seen the 'Captain America; Civil War' movie I think I am going to have to kill myself." Apparently you had been mindlessly staring at a Captain America civil war poster that had aged quite a bit.

"No, I've seen it. I was just wondering where and what Victor is doing."

Johnny's teeth clenched as he said: "After the space mission, he's reported to have some health problems but nothing like the team's. His sponsor's removed his funding and his business crumbled."

"All that in?"

"A week barely." Johnny said.

"We should get back to the tower. I have some analysing to do." A whistle escape from Johnny's mouth and a cab immediately parked next to you. Johnny held the door for you and then slipped in. You couldn't help but notice that Johnny was becoming more of a gentlemen around you.

He'd called you beautiful rather than sexy or hot. He opened the door for you and was worried for your safety when you decided to do a motorcycle stunt.

You gave the driver gave the instructions. A few minutes later, you were at the base of the building. Johnny paid the driver and together you went in the elevator. You hoped that nobody would get into the elevator as you held Johnny's hand.

You smiled. You couldn't remember the last time you felt this happy. Johnny grinned. The elevator lurched to a stop and you stepped out onto Reed's appartement. Sue, Ben and Reed were all waiting taping their feet impatiently on the floor with an angry face.

Susan came, grabbed Johnny by the ear and yelled: "Oh, no, you didn't!"

Johnny shook his sister off him, and stood up tall: "What the heck are you talking about?"

"That motorcycle stunt on TV. Are you mad?" Reed gave you a disappointed look but you gave him a guilty smile. Then, you sat on a chair and raised your voice: "Everybody calm down."

Everybody froze. You didn't raise your voice often so when you did, everybody better listen. All heads turned and you slipped your hand under your shirt and dragged your knife out of its shelter. You played. Everybody seemed to be more alert. Except Johnny who was just a bit confused as to why you always had a knife under your shirt.

You spoke in a calm voice, almost too calm. "We're not minors. We knew what we were doing. And it's not as if I wasn't going to jump in and teleport him out if he was in any kind of danger. Reed, honestly I thought you had a sense of reasoning. We weren't even bothered that much by the press."

"And what about the uniform?" Ben asked in a gruff voice.

"He changed out of it. There's a few symbols on it. So what? Honestly, I've seen children who were more reasonable. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be helping Reed in his research to make you totally boring humans again. Any objections?"

No one spoke but Johnny had a grin plastered on his face that read 'So proud of his girl'.

You stood up and went to the lab and placed the knife back in its shelter. A few steps followed you. They were light. Not Ben's. They weren't heels. Not Sue. They were sure of where they were going. Not Reed.

"Johnny, I'm going to work. I'd rather not be distracted."

"How did you know it was me."

You sat down on a chair in front of the computer, looked Johnny in the eyes and raised your eyebrow. He grinned: "Fine, I won't talk." But you felt like he'd be able to get himself in mischief anyway. And your 'feeling' was none to wrong.

You started working. Taking in the information that Reed had written on the computer. Details and data... The storm... No that information was wrong. Reed didn't calculate the increased speed power. Pulling a paper in front in front of you, you wrote down some information....

Johnny stood behind you and started massaging your shoulders lightly as he rested his head on yours.

You scribbled down the information. Trying to concentrate. That was wrong. The gravity's force of attraction wasn't the same on Earth and In Space. Not 9.81 Newton.

Johnny slowly leant and kissed your neck, sending a shiver down your spine.

"Stop that. I'm trying to work here. Don't you want to go back to being a human again." You mumbled.

"I am human. Just with a little plus that makes me hotter." You could feel him smirking, inches away from your neck. He gave you another kiss, sending another wave of shivers along your body.

You looked to where the others were barely a minute ago. No one.

"You're going to get me into trouble." You said as you rectified the notes, and corrected the computer program.

"That was the plan." Johnny whispered teasingly in your ear. He twirled your chair  around while you were writing on your pad. He played with your hair, then he kissed your jaw, and slowly made his way to your lips, obstructing your view of the notes. But you kissed him back nonetheless.

You closed your eyes and Johnny grabbed your notes and tossed them to the side. You parted lips for a second and you spoke softly: "I guess I'm not going to do much work."

"I'll help you later if you relax now." You hummed in response as you kissed him back. You then slowly opened your eyes, laced your arms around Johnny's neck and *zap*. You were in front of the couch.

You grinned and Johnny smiled. You grabbed his t-shirt and pushed him on the couch. But he caught you by the waist and sent you on the couch with him. Luckily the couch was big so it wasn't uncomfortable lying there.

Johnny started kissing you more passionately as his fingers went up your arm. They reached the hilt of your knife. He dragged it out of its shelter and threw it across the room. The knife  planted itself in the door.

You parted the kiss to say "Nice shot." Johnny grinned as he pulled you back down for another kiss.

You grabbed the helm of his shirt and pulled it off, revealing that he had taken off the blue suit. Johnny grinned as you blushed slightly. He sat up and slipped a foot of the couch. He slipped his hands behind your shirt and drew you closer.

You obliged and kissed him harder. But then you pulled away slightly, and said in a sleepy tone: "Johnny, don't get too carried away. We have work to do."

"It can wait."
