chapter 2:my sweet siblings

A/N Ok so this is mainly about siblings,so if you could comment something about your siblings i would love to read them :D I have three younger siblings...I'm the oldest and usually have to play Aliss's  role towards her rother but sometimes I'd just like to be Nick...maybe u have an older sibling who really cares?

Alissa's P.O.V

We waited forever before we could finally see my sister. When we went in my mum was in my dad's arms sleeping. My dad put a finger to his lips signaling for us to be quiet. We turned towards Olivia and saw she was also sleeping. Nick and I went up to her and I gently moved a strand of hair out of her face. The feeling of my cold hands against her face woke her up. Her eyes fluttered open and she smiled as she saw Nick and I at her bedside.

"I had a surgery today..." she wispered. I nodded."We heard about that, how did it go sweet pea?" I asked. "well my head really hurts right now and the doctors said a whole bunch of big words that I didn't understand...and" she paused as her eyes filled with tears. "The doctor's words made mommy cry...I didn't mean to make her cry I promise." she whispered in a voice that sounded like she was trying to make sure we knew she didn't mean it. Nick picked up her small delicate hand and placed it in his own then held onto it. "I know you didn't" He whispered. I placed my hand on her cheek and kissed her hair. I lingered there for a moment wondering if my poor baby would ever get better...things had to get better for her...it just had to.

"Don't cry Liv." I mumbled into her hair. I pulled her into a hug then pulled back to look at her. "everything will be fine Liv I promise,look mum is better now." She sniffled and wiped away a tear running down her cheek. Nick suddenly had an idea. He pulled out his iphone, plugged in the earphones and put them around Olivia's ears. Then he scrolled the his stations and pessed on the station he had set up specifically for Olivia. As the first song came on a smile appeared on Olivia's face. She hummed to her favorite song "Count On Me" by Bruno Mars.

After a while her eyes started to droop and she fell asleep. Nick gently took off the head phones and put it back around his neck. "i gotta go Nick." I say turning towards him. He nods and gives me a hug. I give him a quick squeeze back, then turn towards my dad. "Dad?" I whisper. He looks up at me. "hun, we are staying here tonight. Could your brother stay with you tonight? He has school tomorrow, please?" I nod in responce."Night dad,love you." I say. He smiles" Love you too Ally" he says.

I turn back to Nick." hey buddy, pack up your staying with me tonight." His eyes lit up and he smiled. "Yes! Does that mean I can stay with you tomorrow and skip out on school?" I smirked. "yeah right keep dreaming kid!" "Eh, it was worth a try."He said while slinging his back pack over is shoulder. "No it wasn't" Dad said from behind me. I giggled and Nick fake pouted. Then we went downstairs to the lobby signed out and got into my car. I decicded to stop at Mc' Donalds on the way home. We got a large fries and two Mc' Flurries. We love fries and icecream together it actually is a good mixture

.By the time we got home we were both exhausted. I could barely keep my eyes open as I was setting up the guest room for Nick. I looked over at him and saw he was also having trouble staying awake. I plopped the last pillow on his bed and hugged him goodnight then I went upstairs to get ready for bed. I grabbed my shorts and tanktop then went into the bathroom to change and brush my teeth. After I brushed my teeth I put my hair up in a messy bun and then, lazily walked down the hall to my room. When I got into my bed I slipped under the covers and no later then when my head hit the pillow sleep took over my whole body and I crashed.
