Chapter 12: Explaining......

Niall's P.O.V

I ran out to the exit. I could feel everyone's eyes on my back, but I didn't care I just had to get to her. When I got to the door I took a deep breath and pushed open the door,and ran out. I stopped short seeing her bawled up on the concrete sidewalk, shaking because of the sobbing, and rocking back and forth. I hated to see her like this. She looked so helpless....

I felt terrible. I hated hurting someone but to hurt her of all people....no, it was too horrible to even think about. I slowly walked over and bent down to her level. And at that second I really wanted to just hold her in my arms but I knew she would just push me off. I sat down beside her and took a deep breath."Allyssa?"She jumped at my voice,and looked up. She brought her knees up to her chest and hid her face. "Ally..." I whispered. "Don't you have a show to attend to?" She spat out. I was a bit taken a back by her harsh replies, but I knew I was the reason she was like this. I couldn't hate myself more. Ally...please just...let me explain.

Ally's P.O.V

I could here the hurt in his quavering voice. I tried to ignore it. It wasn't even close to the pain I have been feeling through all those years we have been apart. I tried not to let my head wonder to the week he left....and what we did. I shook my head trying to rid of that memory. I tried thinking of something else but the more I tried ignoring the memories the harder they hit. I finally let in and let my mind wander through the times we were together.

~flashback~

I ran from the crowded, noisy house crying my eyes out. My vision blurred by the free falling tears , I tripped over a rock. I cried harder as the Pain from the deep cut sank in. I held my knees to my chest and cried, trying to ignore the growing pain in my foot.

"Ally!!!" I heard my name being called from the distance. I groaned in annoyance once I realized who it was. I heard the footsteps growing closer."Allyssa just let me freakin explain!!!" He shouted, coming closer. I kept my head in my knees and waited for him to attempt to try to explain. I heard the footsteps come to a halt in front of me.

"She made the move on me and kissed me first I promise I didn't see it coming and I tried pushing her off'" , he rushed through his explanation frantically. I knew he was lying, I could hear it in his voice. He'd lied so many times that I'd come to memorize the tone he took on when he was lying to my face. I lifted my face up, I have had enough of his playing with my feelings. " Josh,you were Pushing her off?? YOUR HANDS WERE ON HER NECK!!! That's unusual place to put your hands when your trying to push someone off!" I yelled at him. He thrust his hands up in frustration. It looked as if he were going to strike me. I screamed for help.

" Get away from her now!" Yelled a voice from afar. I recognized the voice. I turned to see Niall running over, hands clenched into a fist. He looked as if he was ready to kill Josh. "Get out of here idiot, this HSS nothing to do with you." Josh said, teeth clenched. "You think I'm going to sit back while u act like the jerk you are? Don't you ever lay a hand on her again!" Niall spat out. He now stood right in front of me seperating Josh from me.

"And what are you going to do if I do?" Josh taunted. Niall's hands curled up into fists and he threw a punch at Josh's face. Josh stumbled back a bit. "Does that answer your question?" Niall smirked. Josh looked horrified that Niall actually took a stand against him, but hurriedly ran off. Niall turned towards me smilling widely. I grinned.

He stepped forward to help me up. I took his hand But quickly let go, wincing in pain, as In remembered the deep cut in my leg. Niall's smile dropped as he looked at me leg. "What did u do Ally?" He asked. "I wasn't watching where I was going and tripped." I replied. He came towards me."wrap your arms around me neck ." He said. I did as he said and he bringing his arms around my waist and legs he gently picked me up. It hurt a bit but I knew it was much better than walking. "Thanks Ni" I whispered. "For what Ally?" He asked. "For always being there." I responded smilling. He stopped and looked at me "I'll always be here for you." He said. I wasn't sure."promise?" I asked. "I promise." He said back. I kissed his cheek." Love you Ni" I whispered. "Love you too Ally."

I cried harder he sure didn't keep his word by leaving...
