One step into that condo has me mentally screaming I'll take it now!
But still, I sucked it up.
Right when you get off the elevator, you get a glass door.
Then there's the living room, and across the living room is a huge glass door that opens to the terrace. The view there is beautiful.
To the left is three openings. One leads to the dining room, with another huge window, then the kitchen, with another huge window, and then another living room, with two more huge windows, and a breakfast area. The kitchen is white, stainless steel appliances, and a counter bar.
In the dining room is a huge wine cellar, and dicrectly across the dining room from that is the half bathroo
There's one opening to the right when you walk in, and it leads into a hall, that opens to five doors.
The first door is a full bathroom. The second is the washer and dryer.
Across from the washer and dryer door is a double wooden door to the master, which has a huge walk in closet with a giant window in it, which makes it beautiful. The master itself has a drop down TV and two huge windows.
The view is incredible during the day. There's curtains for every single window, even the one in the closet. There's a giant glass shower that I could lay down in.
Me, Del, Ari, Blake, Zac, Tyler, and the real estate agenta ll stood in it to test how huge it is, and it's fucking huge we could probably fit two of each of us in it.
Even with Blake being six foot, the shower still isn't too small for him.
The shower has two doors.
One opens to the bathroom, the one one opens to a sauna.
My shower is connected to the bathroom and to the sauna.
The bathtub has jets in it. It's basically a Jacuzzi.
There's a double vanity and a heated toilet too.
It even works as a cooler in case it's stifling, or the power goes out or something.
The other door in the hall opens to another room. It's got a huge window, and just a simple bathroom with a tub seperate from the shower, a single sink and a toilet, heated, just like mine. The TV in that room is fall down also.
The last door is the final bedroom.
It's half the size of my bedroom-the master, but it's got the huge window, the drop down TV, and a bathroom with a tub separate from the shower, the single sink, and the same heated/cooled toilet that I have.
"Alright, since you've seen everywhere, let's go back to the living room so I can tell you all the add ons and such things." The man showing me the condo says.
We follow him to the living room.
'Alright, so this has two elevators leading directly into the house. Only the owners can get the elevator to open to your floor by a simple card that unlocks only your floor. There are thirty one floors with the full floor to themselves. With two living rooms, a formal dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a luxurious master suite, and garage parking included, not to mention the sauna, you can't go wrong. There is a tranquil spa to the lushly landscaped residents garden and Koi pond. Also, there is a state-of-the-art fitness center, which includes a sauna, spacious lap pool, hot tub and on-call massage. You can host a meeting or event in the clubroom and conference center. Summon and retrieve your vehicle from the fully automated parking system or use the chauffeur driven Mercedes Benz S-550 town car. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this condo. Not to mention, it comes furnished."
I nod slowly, peeking out of the glass door that leads to the terrace.
"And how much is it a month?" I ask.
"Twenty eight thousand, three hundred and twenty eight." He says.
I want it.
"Okay." I look away from the window, letting go of the curtain. "When can I move in?"
He raises his eyebrows.
"You want it?" he asks.
"Yes."
He smiles.
"Wonderful, let me go get the papers. And you can move in the second you sign your name."
He walks out of the living room and gets on the elevator.
The second the glass doors shut behind him, they all turn to look at me.
"This place is fucking to die for." Ari gushes.
I peek out the terrace again.
"I wanna move in, like, now."
"Well after it becomes yours, we can go home and pack."
"I gotta talk to that damn receptionist again," I sigh.
"So have your Mom talk to her?"
I laugh.
"No, I'm gonna let my Mom let herself into the old apartment." I snicker.

They all waited around while I filled out the paperwork, and then I was calling all over to make sure my cable and my water and everything was on.
When I was pleased, we went back to the campus apartments, and I called Shaun We argued for twenty minutes, him bitching at me to call a mover, until he finally showed up to help me.
We packed everything and I packed every single thing I own, and then we loaded all the cars up and drove to the new place.
Shaun nearly shit himself when he walked in.
It was three in the morning when we had all the cars completely unloaded, and I stayed awake to unpack.
By ten in the morning, I was fully unpacked and I finally went to bed.

I wake up to just...pure calm.
The curtains are open at my condo, and the snow is billowing slowly past my window.
I sit up in bed, staring out the window.
It's so beautiful.
Yawning, I get up.
It's already five in the evening.
I make my bed and walk into the living room, shutting my bedroom door behind me.
It's empty.
Frowning, I walk into the kitchen.
There's a note on the counter.
Carmen,
Hey. Ari and I went out with Blake and Zac. Don't wait up.
-Delaney
I stand there, in my huge kitchen, frowning.
I'm alone for today.
Sighing, I walk into the bedroom and dress, and then I get my purse and leave.
I go grocery shopping, and then I return home and pack the fridge.
