Raven POV Chapter 39

I drove over to Cori's house and Steph's car was here. I rolled my eyes when i saw it. Steph is London's new boo they've been messing around for months. I don't like it one bit but I promised Cori I would always keep her safe and Happy. I walked through the door and Tristan was Playing with Tyla. Tyla reminds me alot of Cori. She's quiet but has a strong demeanor. Like she understands everything. She doesn't talk much though.
"Hey guys where's mommy?" I asked. They pointed to the guest room which is on this floor and where I'm guessing all the loud thumping is coming from. I cringe at the fact that she moved on. I understand three years is a long time but god I know i would have waited for Cori. I checked my phone. Nicole texted me. We are planning on having a baby, but after what happened to Cori I'm terrified.
"LONDON IM HERE" I screamed and i heard shuffling in the room. Finally they scrambled out. London was only wearing a tee shirt and underwear. Steph came out and she was wearing a wife beater and basketball shorts.
"Sorry, Hey Raven," London said walking past me and to the kitchen. Steph had a smirk on her face. She stood 5'10 with long dreads she was brown skin with plenty of tattoos. I'm not going to lie she's not ugly she pretty sexy but she's not Cori. Cori tops any stud you will ever meet. As Steph was about to walk past me i saw she had marks on her neck.
"You've got little something?" I said pointing at her neck. She laughed and walked past me.
"Yeah, London sure knows how to leave you marked up," I saw London's face drop.
"So about the twins P-A-R-T-Y" I said and she smiled again.
"Yes I have everything set. They're having a party out in the Yard and it will be Team Umizoomi themed. It's their favorite show. I'm having the characters come out. They are going to love it"
