That kiss with Aiden made life even better. Sure I was being pulled into the janitors closet throughout the school day, but It was fun. The first thing we did was talk even if Aiden was really hyped up about the kissing. Then he would touch me slightly and I would just pull him up on me and we would kiss and it would eventually turn into a full on make-out session, not like I minded or anything.
“Can I go to the bathroom?” That familiar voice brought me out of my daze. The teacher nodded and Aiden left, slightly brushing my arm on his way by. He gave me that ‘look’ and winked. I learned since the first time, well all but two days ago, that you wait a bit the teacher forgets then you ask. I watched the clock until a full three minutes went by.
“Can I go to the bathroom?” I asked innocently, hoping she would have forgotten Aidens still gone.
“No No No, wait for Aiden to get back”. She had a knowing look on her face. My innocent smile dropped into a frown. I wonder what Aiden will think when I don’t show up. I sighed and slumped into my seat.
“You okay?” I looked over at the seat next to me, Isaac sat there with a worried look on his face.
“I’m peachy” I whispered back.
“You’re lying”. I shook my head no hoping the boy with the piercing eyes would look away. They stayed there instead, searching my green eyes for something. What I have no idea.
The bell rang, signaling that it was time to eat most of Scott’s lunch. I shoved my books into my backpack and went to grab my notebook. Just as I was about to pick the notebook up Isaac rested his hand on mine.
“What Isaac?” I said with a bit of attitude.
“I just want to walk you to lunch, thats all” He talked to me like I was a small child. I huffed and stood there, waiting for him to get up.
“Well walk me there dearest Isaac” I said in the most sarcastic tone I could pull. He chuckled and linked our arms, escorting us out of the classroom and into the lunchroom.
It fell silent when we entered, much like my first day. From the corner of my eye I could see Aiden and Ethan burning holes in our sides, well Aiden anyways. From the scowl on his face I know I would be most definitely hearing it later, and I’m sure walking with Isaac made it even worse for me. Isaac escorted the both of us to where everyone else was eating. I took a seat next to Scott and across from Allison, Isaac sat on the other side of me.
“I brought you this” Scott placed half of a ham sandwich in front of me along with a bottle of water.
“Thanks”.
“Dakota not to alarm you but I believe Aiden is pissed.” Stiles said pointing behind him. Following his finger, Aiden was indeed pissed and he was walking over here shoving anyone that got in his way.
“Hey Aiden” I acted as if nothing happened when It really did. He picked me up with one arm and slung me over his shoulder as if I was a rag doll. “Put me down!” I slammed my fists into his back. This just caused him to chuckle a bit.
