Everything was finished. Scott had defeated the Darach, he became a true alpha. I discovered that Aiden was who I was meant to guard, I also discovered I loved him. Weird I know, but true.
Aiden laid with his head in my lap, staring up at me with a smile. A genuine smile. His bandaged hand reached up to the side of my head and slowly pulled my face down to his, inches apart. He leaned up the rest of the way, lips roughly meeting my own.
It grew intense quickly as he flipped us over so he was straddling my body, arms on each side supporting his waist.
His tongue glided across the bottom of my lip begging for entrance. I smirked into the kiss declining it, making him growl slightly bringing his lips onto my neck this time. Teeth grazed my skin, along with his tongue making a soft moan escape my lips. He growled in response, slightly biting down on my soft skin.
I felt his teeth sink in, shocking me at first, but my body instantly relaxed at it. Heat rushed through my entire body as my back arched into the bite a little bit more. Aiden’s canines left my neck, a soft kiss placed on the spot that he had just bitten.
“You belong to me” The sound of his voice made me shutter. The possessiveness in it sent my body wild. I nodded and pulled his head back down to mine, hungrily placing another kiss on his lips. “Kitten” He moaned in my mouth.
“Hmm?” His lips on mine slightly quieted the words. Aiden softly pulled me back, resting his forehead on my own. I sighed aggravated that he had stopped this intense moment between us.
“If we don’t stop I don’t know if I’ll be able to control myself” He playfully nipped at my neck again making me chuckle softly. I let my hands fall from his face as each went to my sides, stretching as I stood up from the couch. “Your phone’s ringing” Aiden informed.
“Vibrating” I corrected, sliding my finger across the screen. Aiden mumbled a whatever from behind, making me chuckle slightly as I answered the call.
“Well Hello” I greeted Allison, heading to the kitchen to grab a drink from the fridge. Aiden followed me, leaning against the island watching with a smirk on his face.
“Hey Babe”.
“What’s up?” I giggled as Aiden pulled me into his grasp, placing soft kisses on my neck.
“Well I was hoping you’d wanna go shopping or something”. Softly I pushed away from Aiden and leaned on the counter across from him, sticking my tongue out for a minute.
“Now?”
“Yeah” She chuckled.
“Alright, It’s a date.”
“Meet me at the Pro Shop! Bye!” I opened my mouth to speak but she already hung up.
Sneaky, very sneaky. I tucked my phone in the back pocket of my shorts and turned to head up the stairs. Aiden followed behind up until he was outside of my doorway.
“So, this ‘date’” Aiden began. I didn’t even have to turn from my closet to already know exactly how his face looked. I shook my head and chuckled slightly. I pulled out and outfit and set it onto my bed, going back to the closet and grabbing a pair of shoes to go along with it.
Aiden had his arms crossed over his chest, jealousy in his eyes.
“What?” I chuckled, starting to change into the clothes I had picked. My choice was a simple white crop top with the words ‘Beacon Hills Lacrosse’ with two lacrosse sticks on the front. I paired it up with cropped yoga leggings with an aztec pattern and a pair of plain black and white vans. “You jealous?” I teased, letting my hair fall down my back in a cascade of perfect curls.
“No” He huffed. I nodded, not believing him.
“Alright.” I said, grabbing my hand purse off of my bed. “See ya soon” I brushed by his shoulder, heading down the stairs.
Aiden grasped my wrist, turning me back to face him.
“Who is it?”. I chuckled and patted his chest softly. I brought my lips to his ear.
“Allison” I whispered. I pulled away from his ear and chuckled at his facial expression, going to where my car was parked out front.
