Chapter Forty ~One

Taylor's POV

I woke up and got my phone and scrolled through Instagram. As I was scrolling I got a little Instagram notification saying I was tagged in a post. I opened it to see it was Alex.

It was a collage of random pictures of me and one of him and I in the middle and I instantly liked it before reading the caption and when I did I about cried.

It read: "See this girl right here? She is my wce. She is my everything and I'd do anything for her. She's there for me and I'd be there for her always even if it's 2am I'll be there because I love her more than anything. She's my princess and I'm happy to call her mine and I don't know what I'd do without her. Even though you're crazy I still love you beautiful.😚💚💙"

I looked to see Lia and Zach comment.

Zach:"No balls! Jk I'm happy for you bro and don't kill me Taylor I was joking."

Lia:"Aweeee that's so cute Alex."

I quickly commented. "Awe. I love you soooo much Alex...sometimes jk. 😙💖"

After that I got up and did my bathroom stuff and then changed into my skinny jeans and a white and black tank top. Then I just put on my converse and straitened my hair.

I decided to put on my grey beanie and I grabbed my phone and purse and went downstairs where Mikey, Luke, Ashton, Austin, Sara, and dad (Calum) were waiting.

"Here have a pop tart and a water and let's go." Dad said and I took it and ate it in the car. It was Dad, Sara, Austin, and me in Dad's car. Then Luke, Mikey, and Ashton in Ashton's car.

We arrived at the place and got out and of course paparazzi was there but we all kept our heads down and stayed quiet and made our way into the building.

The interview started with the boys about band stuff and Ashton revealed about how he's going to be a dad and married. Then there was a break and some crew person came over to where Sara, Austin, and I were.

"Okay so when break is over Taylor you will come out and talk first and then a little later Sarah and Austin will come on. Got it?" The crew person told us and we all nodded.

I was then directed to sit in a seat in a chair with the guys and the interview lady. "And we're on in 3...2...1." The camera man said and with that it started.

"And we're back with the band Five Seconds of Summer but this time we are joined with Calum's adopted daughter Taylor." The lady said.

"So Taylor what's it like living with 5SOS?" She asked and I smiled.

"It's really great." I said and she nodded.

"So as everyone has been seeing and talking about on your Instagram and Twitter you have a boyfriend?" She asked smiling and I smiled.

"Yes, his name's Alex." I said happily.

"How do you boys feel about that?" She asked.

"We're fine with it because she's happy." Luke said and the others nodded

"So Taylor it's blown up everywhere and the world is dying to know who is mystery boy? Did you really cheat on Alex?" She asked and I shook my head no and laughed.

"Of course not. I would never to do that to Alex and mystery boy is Austin which I think Calum should talk about." I said simply and the lady turned to Calum.

"Calum who is Austin?" She asked.

"Well I might as well tell the fans now. I'm engaged and Austin is my soon to be stepson and Taylor's brother." He said.

"And they are here?" She asked and we nodded.

"Well let's bring them out." She said and then Austin and Sara came onto the stage. Luke, Ashton and Mikey left.

"So you're Austin?" She asked and he nodded. "And you?" She asked Sara.

"I'm Sara." She said and the lady nodded.

"So Taylor would you like to explain the mystery boy thing?" She asked.

"Well Sara and my dad were together and Austin and I met and the boys took Austin and I to the amusement park. Then Austin and I went to the skatepark and he taught me how to skate. I never would cheat on Alex and those pictures of Austin and I were just us trying to get along better since soon we'll be brother and sister." I said simply and Austin nodded.

"It was all a misunderstanding and I would never go out with Taylor because that'd be weird and gross considering she's going to be my sister and I already have a girlfriend and Taylor is with Alex." Austin said.

"So Calum and Sara what are the wedding plans?" She asked the interview went on and the boys came back and we all answered more questions and then finally it ended and we got to leave.

"How can you guys do interviews all the time?" I asked while in the car.

"We have too and we get used to it and sometimes it's fun." Dad said and I sighed.

"I would rather have an interview with Ellen because she is awesome." I said and dad and Sara laughed.

"You sound like Michael." He said and I laughed and then my phone started to buzz.

I answered it with out looking at the ID.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Yes, is this Taylor speaking?" Some lady asked.

"Yes it is."

"I'm sorry to tell you but you're sister Kimberly and her childern and husband have passed away." As soon as I heard those words tears started falling down my face and Dad pulled over and they were looking at me.

"What happened?" I managed to ask.

"There was a fire and we tried to save them but they were dead and Kimberly was still alive just very injured but then she refused help and killed herself." She said and I started crying.

"Did she say anything?" I asked.

"She said she couldn't live without her family and she's sorry for her sister and she said he's gone now. After that she killed herself and we couldn't help her." I couldn't say anything I just cried.

"I'm sorry for your loss." And with that she hung up.

"What's wrong?" Calum, Sara, and Austin asked.

"My sister is dead! They're all dead." I sobbed and Austin took his seatbelt off and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry Taylor." Calum said and I just cried and Austin just hugged me.

Then Sara opened the other door and undid my seatbelt and Austin and I scooted over and she got in and we put our seatbelts on again and Sara and Austin both hugged me.

Then Calum got back on the road and we went home.
