"As you can see, based on our trend analysis from the last five school years, it has been evident that the number of student enrollees in our junior high school or middle school campus is continuously and significantly declining while the number of students who transfer to other schools is increasing. There are three factors that affect these result based on our research. First is the location of our campus which is at the outskirt of the city, second is the nature of our school being an exclusive school for girls and third is the promotion and popularity of the school. I will explain each one of these."

"In our first factor, parents tend to enroll their children on schools which are also near their workplace so that when the class had ended, they can fetch their children together with them to go home. Buying or renting another property at the city's downtown where we could transfer our middle school campus is absolutely not an option because of how costly it is."

"In the second factor, based on a study conducted, early adolescent girls are more active socially especially with interacting with the opposite sex. Female prospect enrollees view our school as reclusive enough not to allow them to socialize with male students of their age that's why Sakura High is their least option of middle school to enroll in."

"In the third factor, since the time we stopped holding an annual School Idol Performance Concert during our school festival, less and less elementary students became interested about our school. The performance concert had been the promotional banner of the school telling the prospect enrollees to enroll in our school since it is fun and exciting. But based on our past corporate meeting, we have agreed to stop this annual event since it's consuming a large portion of our school funds so reviving this event is totally not an option."

"With these three factors, we have concluded to execute two possible solutions to such crisis. First, since being an exclusive for female junior high school for girls is a negative image of our academy, we should change this and start accepting male enrollees and transferees for the next school year. Second, since the two senior high school campuses located at the city's downtown is profiting very well, we could just give up on running our junior high school campus and focus instead on our senior high school campuses."

The presenter explained well his report to the board of directors. Even though she herself would say that the report is very convincing, Sakura Tomoyo however was not happy about it especially the presenter's solution. The junior high school campus has a sentimental value for the educationalist and she doesn't want to give up on it. It is the school's first campus and the property itself is an ancestral land inherited to her from her late father.

"So tell me how valid is that trend analysis? You didn't even include today's school year and you even didn't conduct a survey to the prospect enrollees regarding their views about Sakura High." She said trying to defend the campus. The presenter was silent about what the CEO said.

"But it is a common social fact, Ms. Sakura. All of those factors don't need to be surveyed in order to prove their validity." One of the board members said.

"We are not here to talk about hearsays. We need concrete proof."

"But isn't these data and trend analysis a proof that we are losing investments because of that campus?" Another board member said.

"Enough of this, I need another expanded report about this before we come into a decision regarding this issue. Meeting adjourned." Tomoyo said.

The CEO is known to be tough and headstrong. But in spite of her strict personality, she have a good sense of leadership and excellent teaching skills however she could be biased sometimes especially to her ideals about the academy especially to the junior high school campus.
