Tainted Love

Chapter 3

Kylo Ren bowed before his master, Supreme Leader Snoke.

"Rise Knight of Ren," the holo of Snoke said. "There has been an awakening. Have you felt it?"

"Yes," replies Kylo.

"Yes, you have. You have felt something; especially for that scavenger girl."

Kylo Ren tensed. The strange feeling from earlier flooded his mind and clouded his senses again. He tried to conceal it from Snoke, but it was all in vain. The Supreme Leader saw it all.

"You have feelings for the girl,"sneered Snoke.

"No. I do not," Kylo Ren stuttered.

"You cannot hide your emotions from me. You pity her. You're pulled by her light. What have I trained you to do? Never let the light in! The dark must prevail!" Snoke bellowed.

"Master, forgive me, please!" Kylo begged. "I cannot resist the call to the light. My anger and hatred is not enough! "

"Then you have failed me," whispered Snoke menacingly.

The Supreme Leader's eyes bore into Ren, and he felt like the man was dissecting him from the inside out.

An intense pain began to overtake Kylo's body. He couldn't move; his body was paralyzed with pain and fear.

Snoke grinned at the agonized look on Kylo Ren's face, and glanced towards the entry way.

"Captain Phasma," Snoke beckoned,"get rid of this worthless piece of meat."

"With pleasure," Phasma said smugly.

Upon reaching Ren she looked into his agonized eyes. Pushing his hair off his forehead she said," You don't know how long I've waited for this moment"

Kylo Ren saw Captain Phasma pull her blaster from off her hip; that's when everything went hazy.
