When Jai and her friend Belle gets offered a small gig at The Grey house hold, her mum Elena goes on a rampage.
Curious as to why her mum and The Greys don't speak any...
'"No please" I scream. Don't hurt me please" A man hovers over me and I see his fist with a massive ring. NO!! DON' T PLEASE STOP!!!
I wake up sweating and panting, great another nightmare. I always get them when I have something on my mind. I wonder what that could be? I look at my phone and it was just coming up for nine in the morning. I also have a message from Ethan.
From Ethan😝: Hey fancy going to Starbucks? X
Oh my god is he asking me on a date? Finally! This is going to be interesting. Its been three days since I told Christian and I haven't been out the house since. I think Belle is starting to get worried so maybe going out with Ethan isn't the worst idea in the world to get my mind off things. I text him back.
From Jai♥️: Sure when? X
From Ethan😝: I can pick you up in half an hour? X
From Jai♥️: Its a date! See you soon X

Wow two kisses. Its getting serious, I giggle at my thought and I get up and I look in my wardrobe. I pull out a turquoise summer dress with a pair of light blue wedge shoes and left my hair wavy, since its a lovely day outside.

I put a little bit of make-up on and head down stairs where I see both Grayson and Belle sitting in the living room.
"Where are you of too?" Belle asks smiling.
"She has a date with Ethan" Gray pipes up before I could say anything.
"How did you know?" I asked feeling curious.
"Are you kidding? He was so nervous and kept asking me for advice every two minutes yesterday. He was really panicing on how to ask you" he said laughing. Ethan was nervous to ask me out? Really?
"Awww Ethan and Jai sitting in a tree" Belle begins to sing and then Grayson joins in.
"K-I-S-S-I-N-G"
"Bye!" I shout and walk out the door embarrassed, leaving them laughing there heads of. They two are made for each other.
About ten minutes later Ethan pulls up in the drive way and I jump in his car.
"Off we go" he said with a massive grin on his face. This boy, God's gift to women, was nervous to ask me out. He is so beautiful!
*Skips Ride*
We walk into starbucks and we both ordered the same thing. A Cookie dough iced frappee.
"Great minds think alike" he said with a smirk, which made me flush. He pays the women and we both take a seat in a small corner and start to get into a deep conversation. I can't believe we have so much in common, it's a great distraction.
"So what you going to do about Christian?" Ethan asked. Well it was good while it lasted.
"Nothing. I don't have proof and he doesn't believe me so there's not much I can do really " I reply looking down at the table. I really don't want to think about this.
"I'm sure it will all work out" he softly said and reaches over grasping my hand. I look up and he gives me a reassuring smile and I can't help but smile back. We finish our frappees and head back to the car and start to drive home.

Its 11:30am when we arrive in the drive way and I was about to get out when Ethan stops me.
"Look this is going to sound really....I don't know I hope you don't think I'm moving to fast but I really like you Jai. We have known each other for nearly three months and I can't picture my life without you anymore. I was wondering if you want to be my girlfriend?" He said really fast. Did he really just ask that? I mean is this moving to fast? Fuck it! I decided to wind him up a little.
"Sorry I missed that last part what did you say?" I said in a cocky tone.
"I asked if you wanted to be my girlfriend?" he replied smiling, I think he knows what I'm doing.
"Sorry one more time?" I move a bit closer to him and he chuckles.
"Jai Lincoln, will you please be my girlfriend?" feeling brave and dared to move even closer and lightly placed my lips on his. It was like a strong connection pulling us together. I have never felt anything like it.
"Of cousre I will" I murmur against his lips. Then he pulled me in and kissed me again but this time longer and more passionate.
We walk into the house holding hands and Belle and Gray are still in the living room. Have they even moved?
"So what did you kids get up to?" Gray asks with a smirk.
"Shut up man and move over what we watching?" Ethan said pushing Grayson and sitting next to him. I go and sit next to Belle and we pick a film which happened to be a horror. Oh great!
"I'm going to make popcorn" I said and I get up and make my way to the kitchen. Seconds later Belle appears.
"So what happened on your date?" She asks smiling.
"Well he had a Starbucks and we talked. Then he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes" I said rather quickly.
"No fucking way! Jai that's fantastic" she's almost yelling. I think she's just happy that I got out the house.
"What about you and Grayson?" I smirked.
"We're taking things slow and see how it goes" she smiled. I knew they liked each other!
"Awwww" I nudged her a little.
"Shut up! What about Christian?" she asked suddenly looking worried. I really don't want to talk about him right now, or ever for that matter.
"Look Belle I have no proof and he doesn't believe, so there's no point. I just have to forget about him, he's a pathetic excuse for a man anyway" I said and I walked back into the living room this time sitting next to Ethan. Moments later Belle sauders through with some sweets and we start to watch the film and having a laugh.
I love my non-biological family! At least they're always there for me.
