Katelyn POV

"Finally,pay back for leaving me.You could've said I broke your heart,but I wouldn't have cared.You are weak and all of your friends pity your existence.No one will ever love you,you are nothing and have no purpose in this world!" His words were ringing in my head. They aren't true, are they? "Hey, Li." "Yeah?" "Don't be all depressed on me. We do care about you. And next time you think about getting a psycho boy-friend, stick with Mitch or Ty. Please."Liyra nods her head and Rick growls,I glare at him and I rub my cheek on my sholder."What are you saying?!She have no parents and her brother treats her like a 5 year old child!"That must've hurt does but I have a come back."At least she has friends and a brother who is happy in life so they can rub off on her and make her happy,unlike you who only destroys everything you touch..."Rick growls and bangs on my cell,he walks over to Liyra and smacks her across the face.Tears form in my eyes,I choke it down and I cough up blood.Liyra looks at me with fear for her life,I give her a look to comfort her."Katelyn...if I don't make it,watch my brother for me.Okay?"I nod my head and I look at Rick,anger raging in my eyes."You might have strength but I've more than you,so when I get out of here,the first thing I'm gonna do is beat the shit out of you.My friends are probably on their way as we speak,so you cannot run this time."Rick picks up a plank and knocks Liyra out,that's when I crack and I bang on the cell door to open it.Rick walks over and I hear voices,manly voices."GUYS!MARK IN HERE!"I hear orders being given and the door being broken down,I see Mark in the door way.Liyra breathes and opens her eyes,she looks around and Rick holds a gun to her head."say bye to your friend..." "NO!LIYRA!"I bang open the door and stand in front of Rick,Liyra is crying and trying to escape."Please Katelyn...tell Sky I love him..."Liyra manages to get out of Rick's grip,Rick holds up the gun and shoots Liyra in the leg."LIYRA!COME ON DAMN IT!"I grab Liyra and hold her in a hug,Rick has the gun pointed at Liyra and me."Looks like I'll have two kills in one...this will be fun..."I hear the cops come in and surround Rick,he drops the gun and the police take Rick away.Liyra is crying and struggling to stand,I hold her tightly and I never want to let go."Katelyn...I want to go home...I need to see my friends..."I smile and I hand her off to Sky,they hug and I hug Mark."I thought that I'll never see you again...I missed you..."Mark smiles and we head to the door,Liyra falls to the ground and I do to."We didn't eat at all while we were here..."Liyra passes out and I stand up,Sky and Mark helps Liyra to the car so we can go to the hospital."Liyra is so cute when she's passed out..."I move hair out of Liyra's face and we get in the car,Liyra leans against me and Mark is in the driver seat since it's his car.Jerome,Mitch,Ross,Sky,and Ty go in Sky's car and we hit the road to get Liyra to the hospital ASAP!Along the way it rains,Liyra's breathing is heard in the car,I smile and the rain hits the glass...Drip-drip...drip-drip...drip-drip...Soon I eventually fall asleep,knowing Liyra's safe and we are gonna get to go home...together...

Time skip to morning for a POV

Liyra POV

My head hurts like hell,I open my eyes slowly.Blinding light makes me close my eyes  and I sit up,I open my eyes in my hands so they can adjust to the light.I look around and I see Sky and Katelyn in chairs,sitting next to me and I smile.I yawn and Katelyn stirs,she sits up and rubs her eyes.She looks at me and pulls me into a hug,my leg hurts like fucking hell.I lift the covers and my leg is wrapped in bandages,the back of the bandages has a blood stain and I see the bullet in a tray on a table."W-what happened?Where am I?"Katelyn glances at Sky,then she sits on my bed and holds my hand."Rick shot you and you lost a lot of blood,we took you to the hospital and they removed the bullet.We were lucky that we got you to the hospital in time or you would've...died..."Katelyn gulps and smiles,I pull her into a hug and I choke down tears."Thanks for caring about me,I never would've lived without you..."I start to cry and Sky wakes,he pulls me into a hug and I cry harder."Don't cry...I'm here...I won't leave you ever again...I promise..."I smile and I hear Katelyn talking to Mark,I take a deep breath and I rub my eyes."T-thanks...*cough* *cough*Thanks guys..."I smile and my leg hurts like fucking hell again,a nurse comes in and smiles."I need to change Mrs.Matthews's bandages,just give me a moment."The nurse takes the covers and puts them at the end of the bed,she takes off the bandages on my leg and re-wraps the new ones on my leg."Please sit up,I need to change the rest of them."I sit up and she lifts up my shirt,bandages are wrapped around my body and are stained with blood.She carefully takes off the bandages and re-wraps the new ones around the wounds on my back and stomach."There,now your friends can come back in and talk to you.When you leave today,please be careful of your bandages."I nod my head and I tap my fingers on the bed,Katelyn comes in and puts on the TV.The news lady is doing a story on me,it looks like she's outside the hospital."Mrs.Liyra Christina Matthews was recently kidnapped and beaten by her ex-boyfriend,she is inside and is being treated.Her brother,Adam Dahlburg,the famous SkyDoesMinecraft is inside with his long lost sister.Hopefully they come out and we can interview this scared woman."I sigh and I stand up,I head,hopping actually,to the doors and I open them.I'm blinded by flashing lights and questions,I go down the steps and I take a microphone."I am scared but that will make me stronger and I won't leave.My friends are probably watching this and hoping that I will survive but they should direct those prayers to children without family,I don't want or need this love.Give it to each other,for I don't care if I live because other people are on the brink of dying.See ya."I drop the mic and I walk back inside,I hear the reporter's voices overlapping each other and I hear groans of disappointment.I sigh and I lay down in my hospital bed,I close my eyes and Katelyn is smiling."Good job,they don't need to know everything that has happened to you."I smile and I sit up,I play with the Padawan braids that Katelyn did in my hair."How you feeling?" "I can't explain but I'll find a song that can."I stand and I look around for my phone,I find Katelyn's and I pull up Spotify.I put on a special song and I sing along,Armor by Landon Austin.:
