Sam's pov
I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up. I eyed him carefully and then Oliver and the rest of the gang came out. Oliver saw Kyle, "so he returns" Oliver said hugging him. I was so confused.
"Wait, you know him?" I asked, he nodded "Kyle is part of the team" he said slapping his back. Kyle grinned at me, oh I hate him already. "So who are these people?" He asked.
"Well that's Emily and she has powers like Barry's but she isn't red she's purple and this Sam short of Samantha.....my sister" he said saying the last part a little quiet.
"Sister? Like biological?" He asked, Oliver nodded. "So what's going on? what did I miss?" He asked.
"Well we are being attacked by Slade and Zoom and they have Thea" Oliver said. "Oh" he said looking at everyone is a kind of scared look.
Oliver's pov
After last night we really started to get to work. I kept thinking about how Zoom let Emily go.
When Emily was alone I walked over to her.
"Hey Emily I was wondering if I could ask you a question?" I said.
She nodded, I paused "can you tell me about your family?"
She started to look around and I could tell she was a little uncomfortable. I looked at her, "Emily are you okay?" I asked as I noticed that she was turning a little pale.
She nodded and gulped, "um...my mom was killed when I was a baby......and my...dad....left me" she said.
"Killed how?" I asked, "I was little and one day...my dad came home from work...and he got angry at my mom..and then he pulled out a gun.......he looked at me while my mom was screaming...and pulled the trigger and then...he ran" she said wiping a tear away.
"I'm so sorry" I said, "you know it's funny how I remember that like it was yesterday" she said.
"Did you ever try and look for your dad?" I asked.
"Of coarse, I searched and searched so did the police but it's like he just disappeared into thin air" she.
"Thanks for telling me" I said. She nodded and then Barry came over to me and we started talking.
Emily's pov
I wiped my tear away and sat down and breathed. Then Felicity stood up, "guys" she said. Everyone gathered including me and we looked at the screen.
There was a building that had fire on it but it spelled something. I want the Flash and the Arrow. We all looked at Oliver and Barry. Cars were on fire and people were on the ground.
Barry's pov
I got my suit on and so did Oliver, I looked over at Emily, "aren't you coming?" I said smiling at her. She smiled and then the purple streak went past me and she was ready.
When we all got there the building still had the writing on it. We circled the building, Oliver went on the right side and Emily and I went the other way. We stopped at on alley way in the back of the perimeter and looked around for anything.
Then a blue streak went past us, I looked at Emily and then I saw something fluttering in the air. It was piece of paper, I picked it up and it had an address on it.
"Oliver we got something" I said into the coms.
We got back to the lair and showed everyone the paper. "So what does it mean" Kyle asked. "It could be where they are holding Thea" Oliver said. "Or they want to meet there?" I suggested, everyone was thinking.
"I say we go and find out" Kyle said, we nodded "suit up, Sam I want you to stay behind with Felicity" Oliver said. We all nodded.
Oliver's pov
"What why can't I go?" She asked, "because I said so plus you don't have a suit yet" I said. "I'm sorry" I said, "if it makes you feel better I don't have a suit either" Felicity said.
I changed into my suit and grabbed my bow and loaded my arrows. Barry and Emily were the first ones there but the rest of us took motorcycles.
We all stopped and walked towards the abandoned building. Then Zoom and Slade appeared not to far from us.
Slade was holding Thea with a gun to her head. "Let her go Slade" I said, "we will give you Thea if you give us the flash and the arrow" he said. I looked at Barry and saw Emily next to me.
"Ollie don't!" Thea said, "if you don't she dies" Zoom said. I paused and grabbed my gun from my side (yes I do carry a gun) and grabbed Emily and brought the gun up to her head.
Barry looked at me "what are you doing?!" He said. Emily was scared I could tell. "Give us Thea or she dies" I said. Zoom flinched and looked at Slade. Zoom took Slade with him and Thea fell into Barry's arms.
I let go of Emily and she fell to the ground. She stumbled to get up and Barry rushed to her side. "What the hell Oliver!" Dig said. "I'm sorry" I said, Emily backed away.
"Why did he let Thea go?" She said, I stayed silent. "Oliver!" Barry said. "Zoom is your dad" I said.
