Emily's pov
"Barry we time travelled!" I said, he looked at me. I looked back at the newspaper.
Barry was to stunned to even look at the newspaper. He kept pacing a round and scratching his head.
"Barry...there's something else you should see." I said.
"After Zoom and Slade took over Star City The Flash left because of the death of his partner The Purple Flash. The Green Arrow also fled the city." I stopped reading.
"I'm dead." I said, there was silence. "We need to find everyone and figure out what's going on and what happened." Barry said.
I nodded and dropped the newspaper. "Barry we don't even know where we are." I said.
"We're in New York," he said "Well a really run down part of the city." he said.
I was about to say something but Barry stopped me "I know my cities." he said.
I nodded, "Well how are we going to find everyone?" I asked.
"Not sure yet." he said, I shrugged and we started walking down the sidewalk.
After walking forever we finally got into the real city where there were people. We finally got to a park and stopped.
I sat on the bench and Barry stood up looking around. Then his head stopped on a woman who was talking on the phone.
"What the hell is that?" He asked, "Oh my god!" I said. "I know, did they create an iPhone 16?" Barry said.
"No Barry! Look it's Sam!" I said, his eyes widened and he waved his hands. "Sam!" He yelled, she turned and looked at him but her gaze fell onto me and then she had a confused face.
She ran over to us, "Emily? But you're-" she started. "I'm dead, I know." I said.
"Barry what are you doing here?" She asked. "Ummm..." he started. "Sam we kinda time traveled from 2016 to here." Barry said.
Her eyes widened, "How the-" she started. "We don't really know." I said.
"What happened to me?" I asked, she gulped. "Come on we'll go to my apartment and we will talk there." she said.
We followed her to a big building, she opened the door and we walked up a flight of stirs until we got to a door. Sam pulled her key out of her pocket and unlocked the door.
"I'm home!" she called, then a guy came out of the kitchen. "Kyle?" we both asked, Kyle looked kinda stunned. "Emily? How are you-" he started, "long story" Barry said, Kyle nodded.
"Wait are you guys-" I said, Sam smiled and held up her hand which had a diamond ring on it. "Wait, didn't you guys hate each other?" I asked. "A lot can happen in 9 years" she said.
"So what's going on?" Kyle asked, "we should probably sit down" Barry said. We all sat down, "We time travelled" I said.
"You what?" Kyle said, "How?' he asked. "I had just found out Zoom is my father and I was running, I was running so fast I think I made a portal" I said.
"What happened to me?" I asked, Kyle and Sam looked at each other. "Slade killed you, we all thought we could take them down but when we got there Slade and Zoom had a whole army of meta humans." Kyle said.
"Thea was killed too, that's why Oliver left, the last time I saw him was in a bar and I had to drag his drunk ass home" Sam said.
"After that everyone left, Barry you wouldn't talk to anyone" Sam said, I looked at Barry. "We need to get home" I said.
"What if we recreate what we did to get here, run really fast and hopefully create a portal" Barry said. "I mean its possible" Kyle said.
"Let's go" I said, we all went outside behind the building and said goodbye to Kyle and Sam.
"Ready?" Barry asked, I nodded and we started running but I wasn't running fast I was running normal. "Our powers-" I said, "they're gone" Barry said.
