Conclusion | Ch. 5

Audrey and I stared at her phone in amazement after watching the video. Daniel and Sid had fought each other.

There was so many things I wanted to know and so many feelings rushing through me.

We watched it over and over again, concluding that Sid won because Sid hit Daniel's face hard in the beginning and when Daniel was pinned on the ground he said "Dude for real you broke my nose." So that kind of ended the fight and you can see Sid just walked away.

But they did about the same amount of damage to each other. It turns out that Sid called Audrey a fat whore, which on top of Sid just completely ignoring me really pissed of Daniel.

Sid probably thought he'd never see me again. He was wrong though. It was a small city and every single place I went to, I looked for him. I couldn't get him out of my mind.

I go to the 7-11 on Tuesday night to pick up some snacks when I see something that makes me panic.

Sid is standing in line. I spotted the back of his head, and he was standing next to one of his friends Kacey- who wasn't really liked by the rest of the group. I knew that because Gale beat him up the same night Sid and Daniel fought.

I chase after them once I see they are leaving. "Sid!!" I yell. He looks at me for a second, as if he's about to say something and then runs away.

"FUCKING TALK TO ME!!!" I shouted but neither of them looked back. Tears formed in my eyes and I stood there crying for a few minutes.

I thought about giving up right then and there. I wish I had. But I called up Audrey and told her "I'm not giving this up. He is the one I want. I'm looking up at the sky and I hope he is too because it's damn gorgeous tonight. My life is interesting thanks to him and I will not give up until he tells me to."
