Thomas- Thomas likes to hold you close to him when you sleep so you put your head on his chest and he wraps his arm around your shoulders pulling you close to him.
Minho- After a long day in the maze minho likes to hug you so you sleep with your back to his chest with his arms hugging your torso pulling you closer to him, so that he knows you are safe.
Newt- with newt you sleep on your side whilst he is on his back and your head lays on his chest as he wraps his arm around you.
