Show Me The Future, Or The Past

Chapter 3

"Is this some sick joke!?" Hiashi yelled in anger. "My daughter with that...that...thing!?"

"Watch it Hiashi," Jiraiya warned the Hyuga. "That's my god son and you call him a 'Thing' again you'll regret it."

"Shut up you two!"Naruto yelled making the room go silent. "We don't know if what we saw is true. I say we find out by asking something no one else but a few people here could know."

"Like what?" Sasuke asked.

"The truth I've been looking for." Naruto said as he placed his hand on the Orb. "I've been told by my sources what happened that night and I want to know if it's true."

Before any of the adults in the room could stop him Naruto gave the Orb his request. Now everyone there would know what Naruto was, but a lot of them would learn more then just that.

"Show me the truth." Naruto said. "Show me what happened the night of my birth."

With bright lights the Orb said, "Granted," and the room changed. Now they were in a dark room lit with candle lights. The room was filled with a baby's cries.

"I'm a father." A man with blonde hair similar to Naruto's and the same color eyes laughed while wiping tears out of his eyes.

As the man approached the child the old nurse carrying him turned the man away. She glared at him and pointed the women on a table.

"Your the Hokage now act like it." She said. "Now go finish the seal."

"Right." The man said turning to his wife. She had long red hair and some markings on her stomach. The markings were once a seal that had held the Nine Tailed Demon, Kurama. Only it looked as though it was falling apart.

"Kushina," The man said. "I know you just gave birth and all, but we need to fix your seal that holds the Nine Tails, ready?"

Suddenly screams were heard and after them the sounds of lifeless bodies hitting the floor filled Minato's, the Fourth Hokage's, ears. The room was then filled with a baby's cries, Naruto's cries. Minato turned to see the two nurses dead and over them was a masked man holding Naruto.

"Step away from the Jinchuriki Hokage," The man said. "Or this child's first moments of life will be his last."

"Hold on," Minato said beginning to worry. "Just stay calm."

"I'm very calm," The man said. "You on the other hand..."

Without warning the man through Naruto into the air. In seconds Minato appeared in the air grabbing his son thanks to his teleporting Jutsu.

"Impressive," The masked man said. "However..."

Minato heard what sounded like paper burning. On the bottom of Naruto's blanket the baby was wrapped in were paper bombs. Minato teleported away with Naruto in his arm ad through off the blanket. He teleported to a house were he left the explosives and teleported out of the house..

The place they had just been at exploded with Minato and Naruto only a feet away. Sitting on the ground Minato looked at his crying son and after seeing he was unharmed he teleported again to a different house far off from the Hidden Leaf Village.

"I have to go save your Mother, Naruto." Minato said wrapping his crying son in a new blanket and placing him on the bed in the one room house. "I'll be back soon."

Naruto's father then teleported away leaving Naruto alone. Everyone was shocked and quite, but the vision wasn't over yet. About ten minutes later Minato reappeared with the weak Kushina in his arms. He placed Kushina on the bed and she curled up next to to Naruto.
