Chapter 2

The Aladama's mansion was very busy that morning because Larry is on his way after six months of stay in school, he is a chemical engineer or will i say studing chemical engineering in school and is now in his 2nd to the last year degree program, even Sonia's mum was there as they order around maids to pick this up pick that up, make that make this and so on, while Shila, Lexi and Sonia were in the kitchen preparing lots of edible things of coz, all this not only for his arrival but a birthday party for him that same night since he was at school when he had it, that was a week back, after all preparation was done, Shila was coming out from a room when she passed and saw Sonia in larry's sitting room, she was starring at the a huge portrait of his, "hello lover girl" said Shila with a smile after observing Sonia for almost two minutes, Sonia sighed and turned to Shila, "you miss him alot" said Shila coming closer to her, "in tons" said Sonia with a hint of sadness in her voice, "you are not sad coz you miss him , you are scared of something" said Shila placing her right hand on Sonia's shoulder, "you are right, what of if he has changed, i mean for six good months we had no body contact, nothing, just voices we hear, will that be enough for him to stay put with me alone" said Sonia, "trust me, i know it when Larry loves someone and not going to dump that person, besides who is the guy in his right senses will dump you for another, this hot, beautiful thing here" said Shila trying to cheer her up, Sonia smiled and said "the happy thing is that when you are around my worries will fade away", "an honour" said Shila making a bow like that one who just finishef presenting an audience as they cheer, just when Lexi peeped in saying he is here, suddenly excitment found its way into Sonia and Shila, "how do i look" asked Sonia, it was then Shila noticed she had changed into Sleevless knee lenght pink gown and with her hair wavy and a silver slippers on her feet, "great as usual" said Shila and with that they hurried out, ran downstairs and out they came just to see him coming out of the limo sent to the school to pick him up, he was a bit leaner than the last he was home, but was still looking fresh, he wore a knee lenght black and red puma sweat pants and a longsleeve red D&G top, with a red and black supra sneakers on his feet he had a brown somewhat transparent Sunglasses of Dior and a silver wristwatch of jaguar, it was Shila and Lexi that first met up with him with a warm happy hug and after the hug he just sighted Sonia standing looking at them, he quickly walked to were she was and without hesitation picked her up by the waist and spun round with her laughing then he gently brought her down, with his hands round her waist and her hands round his neck, they kissed, "i missed you" he said, "same here" she said and they kissed again,"am so sorry i couldn't att.. "it's ok i understand, no harsh feeling" she interupted him, "i love you so much" he said just when they were interupted by the two mum's hurring towards them, the two quickly disengaged just in time for Sonia's mum to first hug him and then followed by his mum, "look at my two beautiful Ladies" he said holding them each by the waist, "you look a bit lean dear" said Sonia's mum pulling his cheek a bit, "yeah and much more taller" said his mun pulling the other cheek, "ouch ouch, are you kidding me, that hurts alot old mummies" he said, with that they all entered the house.

Around 8 in the evening the mansion's hall which was situated aside the main building still in the compound, was already filled up with friends and family of The Aladamas, and all were looking good and noble, as maids go around with tray in their hands filled up with wines and juice, the invitees were all having a good time, some eating, some drinking, while some exchange pleasantries and gossips, "is that Mrs B.M Smart" asked an elderly looking woman in her early fifties as she seems in the company of another woman just her age, as the two watch Shila's mum introducing Sonia's mum who was wore a long sleeved silver long gown, which has a high neck in the front but a V neck at the back then a golďen light lace going round her waist and a silver low heeled shoe of Vinci, with her hair in a french plait and with two pure gold earings,"yeah, i like her gown" said the other woman as she sips her wine, "i heard every clothing designs of hers it's customized" said the first woman, "what do you expect, you know who she is and who her husband and dad are" said the second woman in a voice full of envy, as Larry's dad finished introducing him to some of his business partners, he left them and joined his friends (he was in a navy blue suit of Amarni which had a pure silver cufflinks with blue stone on each sleeve and with a black skinny denim trouser of Chinox then a navy blue Fila sneakers) they were all talking happily with drinks in their hands when,"i haven't seen your sister dude" said a friend of his harry, " you know girls taking their time to dress up" said Larry Rolling his eyes, "so what's up with you and Anya, i mean i have being hearing about you two lately" asked another friend lucas, "i told you we broke up" he said, "don't tell me you were the one who dumped her" asked a third friend mark, "nah, we dated since high school and halve way through college that means for about five years, i wouldn't dump her, i caught her with a another guy and at a time we weren't faithful so we part ways" said Larry and he sipped his wine, "so do you have a new girl" asked harry, "yeah, the light upon an eventide, i will introduced you this night" he said with a smile at just the thought of Sonia, just then the door to the hall opened and then Shila,Lexi and Sonia walked in, Shila was wearing a satin like yellow sleevless blouse and it's skirt which was almost a knee lenght, with her hair loose and laid, with gold earings and it's bangle then a golden opened heeled shoe on her feet, Lexi wore a fading purple armless gown which was lace like in material, and a knee lenght gown which was fitted, then her hair was let loose and wavy with silver earings and bangles to match and a silver heeled shoe, while Sonia wore a polyster maroon sleevless tight gown which stopped some inches to her knee then, and her hair was in a plait which was on her right shoulder, with white gold earings and it bracelet then a memorata heeled shoe, they all had light make up on their face but still they were looking hot and beautiful, "wow" exclaimed lucas as he set eyes on the three, making the rest to turn and they stared at the girls waliking in, Larry gave curve smile and headed to them and just when he reached them Sonia's dad had finished introducing her to some of the people he knew, "heyy" he said behind her ears she smiled and turned, "you look astonishing" he said taking a hand of hers and spun her round admist their chuckle, "thanks and same to you sweet, you look gorgeous" she said, "um hello hi, we are now visible" said Lexi in a tone containing sarcasm, "oh hello you two, believe me you all stole the spotlight" said Larry, "i know" said lexi picking up a glass of drink from a maid who just passed by, "a thank you will be nice" said Sonia, "whatever, anyway heard harry is here" said ShilA, "don't even try to flirt with friend" said Larry,"excuse me you are doing so with her friend" countered Lexi, "big difference between filrt and dating dummy" said Sonia rolling her eyes, "whatever" said lexi, "see yah soon" said Shila and walked away, "hey I've got people i want you to meet" said Larry and without waiting for any reply he gently took her hand and motioned her to follow him, soon they reached where his friends were, "guys, i want you to meet Sonia B.M smart my one and only girl friend" he said with a smile as he used his right hand to bring her close to his making her lean on him, "Sonia my friends Harry, Lucas and Mark" he said, "it's a great honour meeting The B.M Smart's Only heir" said Lucas with a smile as he shook handa with her, "pleasure" she said with a curve smile, "nice meeting you, it's a nice thing to see my friend with a down to earth beautiful Angel like you"said Harry as they shake hands, "nice flattering" she said with a smile, "no that ain't no flattering, you know you are" said harry, "am Mark johnson, your dad has to know my dad cause my dad deals with all types of nobles" said Mark as they shook hands, "not again" murmured Harry and Lucas while Larry shook his head in dismay, sensing the kind of showoff guy he is she gave a mischevious smile and asked, " whats your dad", "an architecture, the best actually " said Mark with pride in his voice, "actually, my dad, mum and i have mansions in about six countries and about two to three in each country, and surprisingly i know of all the architecture that work on all but i fail to know any Mr.johnson, and not even when it comes to his companies, guess my dad deals with people more trained and specialize, anyway nice meeting you Mark.. JOHNSON" She said stressing the last name as Larry, Lucas and Harry were laughing seriously while Mark just glared daggers at them, "nice meeting you all, hope to see you again"she said and Larry pulled her away, "that was a blast, i mean what you did to Mark was superb" said Larry As he pulled her into a dance, "i seriously don't like his type" she said rolling her eyes, "whatever, so what's who have you being hanging out with, while am away" he asked Teasingly, "tons of guys like the guys next door" she said, "what" he asked looking questionly, "kidding, except for some clubbings and palour party" she replied smiling, "teenage life huh" he said, "when will you be going back" she asked with a slight frown, "in a week time" he replied, "oh no damn" she said taking her hands off him and turn to go but he quickly pulled her back making their body so close with his hands round her waist, "wait,just calm down, i want you to listen carefully" he said in her ears, "no you promised me you will stay for a month" she said admist to tears, "damn, now whats with the tears now" he said trying as hard as possile not flare up, "don't even go there, you know every single way to hurt my feelings" she said and forcefull removed his hand from her waist and without hestitation disappered into the audience, he in turn hissed and picked a cup of wine and gulped down halve it's content, wherelse Sonia has composed herself and was seated in a two sitter sofa with her legs crossed and every now and then sipping her drink and sometimes greets some passing by with a smile, just then a guy just about the age of Larry came up to her, "nice party" he said with a smile, "if you say so" she replied after sipping her drink, "so can i join you" he asked, she in turn looked at him and the space next to her and then said "fine feel free", "thanks, am Franck, Franck Bush" he said forwarding his hand towards her for a shake, she looked at his hand and then raised an eyebrow and then she took the hands saying "Sonia B.m Smart", "you are a legend " he said with their hands still entangled, she laughed and in the process of laughing Larry just saw the two with her hand in hand laughing, and at that spot jealously took the best of him, he roughly kept his tumbler on a nearby table and walked towards them, "taken and i dont mean the seat dude"he said angrily to Frank on reaching them, "what" inquired Frank taking aback with his hands still with Sonia's, "you heard me right" snapped larry forcefully taking Sonia's hand, "Larr... "don't say a word" he interrupted her following it with a glare, "you can't just pop infront of me and start playing the jealouse boyfriend after the i don't care attitude you displayed" she said defensively and pulling her Hands from his grip, "meet me outside now, we need to talk" he commanded, "no she said adamantly, "follow me before i do something stupid to your friend" he said almost yelling, "damn" she murmured and she submit to him already pulling her out leaving behinde Frank who all this while was shocked to the marrow,on coming out " now what, are you happy you showed that guy how a tail or a puppy dog of who you can command and harass at anytime i am to you" she yelled as he continued pulling her, and he kept mute, "talk goddamit, before i do some .......... but before she finished he had quickly leaned her to a wall and has crashed his lips into her's, roughly kissing her, she in turn forcefully removed her lips and was in tears she said "HOW DARE YOU, you think am some item of control" she yelled, "no, but just know that, i hate seeing you with any other guy" he said adamantly, "all the tons of girls A'v seen you with, i have never complained then why me" she asked furiously, "they all mean nothing to me, you are the one that matters"he said looking at her in the eye, "if i do then why don't you respect my feelings" she asked as tears stream down her cheeks, "don't bring up issues like that" he said with frown, "or wat larry, u joke with emotions, with my emotions larry" she said inbetween sobs, "i don't, and i have to go back for a paper thats why, but believe me i want to spend more than just a month with you, but this paper is crucial" he said in a pleading tone which already has its effect on her, "fine" she said dryly, "i know you are not happy but i promise you i will make it up to you, anyhow" he said wiping off her tears with his thump and she nodded and then he pulled her into a hug, and as expected for the whole one week the two had loads of fun, and a day after he left, in the afternoon Shila drove to Sonia's, the two were in her wing, seated in her sitting room, "i have been here for almost an hour but you hardly say a word" said Shila looking at Sonia who was lying down on her stomache on a two seater sofa, she had a halve slevless top and a bum short in her, "hello, my boyfriend just left yesterday, you dont expect to see me beaming with smiles" she said rolling her eyes dryly, "whatever, next year we start college, that is seven months from now am sure lexi told you" said Shila rolling her eyes too, "the dummy only told me you two admission is out" said Sonia sitting up and then fixing her hair into a messy bun, "what i want to say is that, its not to late to get admission, well not too late for you, but Sonia you still can get it, any course of your choice" said Shila almost pleading, "oh my, not again, with you, with everyone i have said it, no, i have my plans which you all know off, so for the hundred thousand time dont talk to me about it again, wish you will hear this and abide"  said Sonia sounding tired and frustrated with the whole issue, "but you are not even sure if you offer will be accepted, its never done" said Shila adamantly, "i did it, and so all of you should wait for the outcome if atleast none is going to wish its approval" said Sonia, "fine" said Shila sounding defeated, "good, Audrey called me this morning, and was telling about a dinner party you two will be going and he was asking me to join you but i declined" said Sonia, "why" asked Shila glaring at her, "same day with grandpa's 75th birthday, and you know its going to be a big thing in the states" said Sonia, "oh, Lexi told me some bits" said Shila, and Sonia nodded.

The following week after the party In the states,magazines were all over about the grand celebration of Mr. Scott's birthday and ofcoz on all front page was the picture of the noble Mr.Scott with his hand in Sonia's hand, he was looking at her with a smile on his face, while she was looking at the other side with a smile on her face too, she wore a poosher pink pure slik knee lenght gown which was having a turtle neck with six pure gold round big buttons from the neck down the gown which was on straight line and on the left side, with a golden vincci heeled open shoe with its golden purse, with golden jewerelies and her hair was streched and straight in a bun which was in the middle of her head like some sort of a chinese idol, she had light make up on her face, while her grandpa wore a black suit worth a fortune with also pure gold buttons on it, one can not help but marvel on the picture most of all on Sonia, who not only on the front page but other pages was looking flashy and beautiful among all five grandgirls of Mr. Scott, that is Lexi, Sonia and Gina, Dolly and Nora daughter to Mr.scott first son Garry Scott and his wife Lisa Hopkins, they had six children williams d first, then Gina, then Dolly, then Sam, then the twins Nora and kelvin, the twins,  Doll and sam were at the age between Nineteen to fifteen, while William and Gina were both married, then Lexi who is a daughter to Brown scott the second and his wife Alisha with two boys of twenty and ninteen Dave and karl with Lexi of seventeen, then Sasha Scott the last and the most loved married to Ben Mack Smart a.k.a B.m smart and one and only daughter Sonia, again one will marvel at the picture of all the scott's grandchildren all looking flashy and happy.
