Pashiva 2 The Mother Saga

The 60 second Duel, Melat vs Leach

       Melat and Leach stood ready for the battle to continue until Leach expressed her impatience. She kept a calm pretentious grin on her face but still sounded irritated. "Well, would you like to continue this air quote fight sometime today? You only have to fight me for a minute". Leach said. Melat then started moving left circling around Leach. He circled around her while Leach got more and more impatient. By the time Melat made one full circle, Leach's brow raised in annoyance. Melat then circled to where he was facing both Leach and the cliff where Array and Felren were on. He then ran straight past Leach and towards the cliff. Leach looked behind her and saw Melat running towards the cliff. "What is he". Leach asked herself when suddenly Melat jumped on the side of the cliff and propelled himself forward so when he landed he ran faster then he did before. He charged at Leach at a zig zag motion while Leach stared straight ahead not focusing on Melat. Melat then started circling around Leach at an incredibly fast pace. Leach still didn't focus on Melat until Melat stopped circling and jumped in the air fairly high and jumped down with his foot out ready to strike Leach. Leach teleported away causing Melat to crash onto the ground cracking it. Leach then teleported behind him and floated quickly towards Melat before stopping about four feet away from him. Melat stood there stunned awaiting an attack. "Run Melat, go". Chara yelled frightened still in the fading light ray. "Cosmic Slash". Leach yelled before slashing her right hand from her right to her left. Out of the hand she swung launched a dark, purple, ray which was arched in the path her arm was swung. The ray was launched from her arm and launched downward towards Melat. "AAHH". Melat shouted fearfully. He jumped out of the way and onto his feet and nearly fell backward. Leach then swung her right arm from her left to the right. Another slash of cosmic energy awoke from her arm and launched to Melat. Melat still struggling to keep his balance, to keep himself from falling backward regained his balance and fell forward onto his feet and knelt down  with his hands on the ground in front of him as well avoiding the attack. He then pushed himself up quickly launching himself forward towards Leach with his left hand winded back for an attack. He threw it forward just before Leach was ready for it. "Cosmic Skin". She shouted before she held out her right hand and caught the punch without budging. Melat stayed in the air as if he was still trying to go through with his attack. "What, what are you doing"? Melat asked struggling to release his hand from Leach's. "I told you I'm not going easy on you. Now how much time have we wasted"? Leach asked herself. While she was pondering sarcastically, Melat without her noticing, started swinging feet back and forth multiple times increasing the speed of them until they were both moving to the point of near invisibility. "Why I think we've only been doing this for about thirty seconds. Why your halfway there". Leach said. Melat the stopped swinging his feet until he stopped swinging his left foot and kicked it upward towards Leach's jaw. Leach flinched slightly as she still had her grip on Melat's hand. Melat looked utterly shocked at the lack of effectiveness on his kick. Melat's legs then fell as they sagged downward hanging from his body as Leach kept floating holding Melat. "Well then come on now. You only have another thirty seconds to go until you can leave". Leach said. Melat still looking up at Leach with full shock. "Sadly for you and your mother, and your friends still watching over on the clilffside". Leach said with an evil grin on her face looking at Melat's eyes as they suddenly widened with fear and anger. "You all wont make it for another thirty seconds. If only you let your friends help you out, you might have been able to distract me long enough for that minute. Hmhmhmhmhmhm". Leach said maniacally. She then held out her left hand wide opened face up. "Well, that's the price one pays for mortality. You mortals don't have the intelligence of a deity". Leach said. In her hand then started to appear a large royal carved sword made of the same material as her cosmic rays. "At least you have the privilege of dying by the Mother of all Under Beings. Naturally you being mortal and human you don't deserve it for you lack of being worthy. But that's just human nature in a nutshell, flawed. And your flaws were just to open for manipulation". Leach explained evilly. She then started to wind up her execution swing of her sword before. "TWIN RIFLES". Chara yelled from behind Leach as two large cannon like bullets shot from two musket looking weapons with cannon sized barrels on the guns. The cannon bullets hit Leach in the back of the head which caused her to flinch slightly as her grip was lost on Melat this time causing him to fall down onto the ground. He lied face up and got up slowly. Leach then started floating slowly towards Chara. Chara readied another shot. "You go on about human flaw but, your flaw is you never shut you damn mouth". Chara said while firing another shot. The cannons hit Leach but did no damage. "You were a fun puppet to control but in the end your not worth much, so I'll kill you quickly". Leach threatened. "Haha, you cant now Leach". Melat said standing proudly behind Leach. Leach turned towards him. "Because you cant stop talking you wasted the last thirty seconds going on about how Under Beings are superior. So in the end you lost this one Leach, now let us go". Melat said. Leach looked agitated but masked it upon growing a malicious grin and chuckling lightly. "Hmhmhmhmhm. Very well you may leave. I may not like it but I gave you my word and if I lied I would be no better then a mere mortal so farewell you all. But keep in mind, this is not the last you've seen of me". Leach said evilly as she floated away to her spectating army of possessed. Melat and Chara both looked at her in shock and confusion. The two then proceeded to walk back to the cliff side and were ready to climb up. "Hey do you need help getting up"? Melat asked. "I should be asking you that. After all you went through and what did I do? Nothing, I watched as my own son nearly lost his life to that bitch". Chara said. "Hey". Melat said smiling at his mother. "Don't beat yourself up over it. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be alive. You saved me". Melat explained. Chara grew a half grin but barely meant it. The two climbed the cliff side until they reached the top. Upon reaching the top they walked over to Felren and Array who ran straight at them. Array hugged Melat with relief. "I thought we'd lose you". Felren said relieved. "Well you didn't now lets get out of here before she changes her mind". Melat requested. "Probably the smart idea". Array said. The four walked out of the cave with everyone exhausted.

    The four walked into the cold, windy, blizzard which was even more heavy now and night now was shown. "Well we should probably go up the stairs to Pashiva Peak, that's why we're hear right"? Felren asked. "Yeah, I left before I was taught anything". Melat said. "Hehe, Naytans probably learning how to beat Leach right now". Array said. Soon Melat and Felren started laughing with Array. "Wait Melat, these are your friends? And your other friend is at the top of the staircase"? Chara asked. "Yup". Melat said smiling while still facing ahead. "My son has become so strong and made such good friends. And all without his own mom". Chara thought to herself smiling but also very upset in her own minds. "Hey Melat who is she anyway"? Felren asked. "Huh, oh she's my mother". Melat said. "Wait she's your mom"? Array asked. "What happened with her"? Felren asked. "I don't know, but it's not important right now okay. All that matters is beating Leach". Melat said. "Listen Melat, you deserve an explanation. So when we get to Pashiva Peak I'll explain everything to you and your friends". Chara said. Melat looked over to her and nodded in acceptance.

   The four reached the top of the staircase and reached Pashiva Peak. At the top they saw Eresil and Naytan waiting for them. "Welcome, brave souls, we've been waiting for you. And Melat, we've been waiting for your return". Eresil said. "Huh are there more of you"? Felren asked. "No, your friend Naytan has been here waiting for all of you. Together all of you will become Pashiva Knights. Or all of you who are capable atleast". Eresil said. "Come, I will see if you three are able". Eresil said pointing to Chara, Felren and Array. "Melat and Naytan, do as you will until we are done". Eresil said. The four walked off to the opposite side of Pashiva Peak while Naytan and Melat watched them.
