After the time war it is said that no Time Lords have lived but by chance The Doctor lived. He spent the rest of that time thinking he was the only one left until he met The Master. After The Master was destroyed The Doctor moved on again thinking he was the only one but he was wrong. There was one more Time Lord left and his goal is to hunt down The Doctor and be reunited with the last of his kind. His name is The Commander.
From all we know The Commander was under radar due to the fact that his memories were in a Fob Watch. When he opened it he learned more than anyone can hope. Time and space were under is control. A noise came from the outside and he say a Red box his T.A.R.D.I.S (Time And Relative Dimension In Space).
It is said The Commander is on his fourth regeneration and is 755 (the reason we think The Doctor is on his 11 and 906 is because he runs). The Commander wears a long brown jacket with the commander rank on the shoulders, nice dress pants and a nice button up shirt as for shoes Converse (Like any good Time Lord).
Today begins his adventure through time and space to find and meet The Doctor.
