The Mating Game
Chapter Twelve
-.-.-.-.-.
"Blue, I bet it's something like Blue."
"Bailey can you please stop cutting me off," Howl glared at the side of her face before answering, "It's actually black."
Bailey stifled a giggle at his frustration and opted out for a shrug, "I was close enough."
Howl rolled his eyes at her, "The whole point of the game is to ask one another questions and get the honest truth from them NOT for us to guess the answer."
Bailey pouted her pink lips at him, rolling over on her stomach so she could look him in the eyes, "But that's no fun."
Howl wanted to say something witty but he momentarily lost his wit at the sight of her sprawled on her stomach, hair unruly around her head, and her soft pink bow-shaped lips pursed in a pout. She didn't have to be so damn cute. And maybe he wouldn't have gotten distracted had the two of them not been laying in his king sized bed. That just brought up all kinds of unwarranted visions.
It'd been two grueling days since Bailey won the games and as much as Howl wanted to complete the mating he was allowing his little virgin to utilize what time they had. Though he still demanded she stay in the room with him, everyone had left the house in order to give the new pair their privacy and he liked it better if she was close to him and not alone across the mansion. To his surprise Bailey hadn't objected to sharing his bed. Though the first night she childishly built a wall of pillows between them. He wasn't sure how long she planned to keep that antic up.
Bailey wasn't sure whether she should be flattered by the scent she smelled rolling off of her future mate or not, but she knew his intense gaze made her squirm.
Picking up a pillow she smashed it onto his head, "Stop staring creep."
Howl grinned, easily grabbing a hold of her waist and pulling her against him, something he'd discovered was her weakness. He would never tell her how much it pleased him to have her petite frame pressed against his own though. Howl gave Bailey a couple of kisses on her cheek before letting her go.
"I can't help it."
Bailey didn't respond to him, she still wasn't used to the type of affection he sent her way. It unnerved her that within a few days she was expected to have sex with the powerful alpha. She never pleasured a man before, hell she didn't even know if she was good at it. And yet the inexperienced little virgin was the chosen one to mate the overly experienced Black Moon Alpha. What if she sucked.
"What's your favorite thing to do?" How suddenly asked. His intense gaze finally falling from her face and onto the ceiling of his bedroom.
"Other than eat?" She asked with a giggle.
Howl chuckled, "Yes other than eat Bails."
She was going to comment on his shortening of her name but decided against it perhaps he'd forget the little nickname if he found it didn't bother her, "I like to sing."
Howl wasn't expecting this response. He was expecting something along the lines like shop, cook, hell maybe even fight as spunky as she was. But sing? No that definitely would not have been his first guess.
"Are you any good?"
A blush covered her cheeks, "I mean...I don't know kind of I guess."
Was she trying to be modest?
"Sing for me." He demanded. He seemed so assure she would, but Bailey was way too shy about her talent.
"No the rules of the game are to answer the questions honestly, not to perform whatever the question asks. Therefore since I've answered your question it is time to ask mines." Bailey paused to think of her next question, all along ignoring the defeated pout on his face.
