After we all pile in the cramped car and arrive at Greasy's, we enter the restaurant to see a rather cheery woman with a lazy eye walking up to us.

"Hey, Stan! How's it going?" She says with a nasaly voice, peering over to me, " this must be the girl you told me about!" She adds.

"Why, yes it is, Lazy Susan!" Mabel replies, answering for her Grunkle. Susan sticks her hand out, and I shake it.

"So, how ha liking Gravity Falls so far?" She asks.

"Pretty good, ma'am." I respond politely.

"Have you seen anything STRANGE yet?" I just give a vague nod, then let her lead us to a comfy looking booth. We all sit down, and Stan just orders 'the usual' for everyone except me, but I just ask for coffee and buttermilk pancakes . We get situated, and I speak up.

"So is this, like, the town diner, or something?" I ask, scooting into the booth. Mabel pushes Dipper into the seat next to me, then sits across from us.

"Yeah, Susan's a pretty good cook. Her coffee pancakes are the bomb, but she won't tell anyone what the secret ingredient is." Dipper replies, propping an elbow up on the table. I nod, fiddling with my thumbs as looking out the window.

"So, y/n, tell us about yourself! What kind of things do you like to do?" Mabel asks excitedly.

"Well, I like music. And drawing. And, you know... stuff."

"Do you like mysteries?" Dipper chimes in curiously. I nod.

"Yeah! I kind of like to think of them as puzzles, or something. They're worth the solve." A light hint of pink plays across his face, but he doesn't say anything.

"But the real question here is... do you like SWEATERS???" Mabel adds. I shrug.

"As long as they're not, like, itchy , or anything..." she jumps up and down in her seat with excitement.
"I am SO making you one! Can it be sparkly? PLEASE SAY YES!!!"

"Whoa, Mabel, settle down on the excitement. It's giving me a headache." Stan interjects, rubbing his head in mild annoyance. Susan comes and gives everyone their drinks, and I sip my coffee in enjoyment. The brew is pretty decent for a diner.

"Yes, Mabel, it can be as sparkly as you'd like." I reply with a smile. It sounds kind of fun to wear a glitter-littered sweater, even if it may look incredibly a little dorky.

"I can't believe you're actually getting someone to wear one of your weird girly sweaters, Mabel."

"Shut your trap, Dipstick! Candy and Grenda LOVE my sweaters!" She shouts back to Dipper with cheer, proudly displaying her sweater for everyone to see. It's purple, with a green and red lollipop in the middle.

"Anyone else you can name?" He counters with a smirk.

"... Gideon." Dipper's face freezes for a second, then bursts into laughter, causing Mabel to realize what she just said. "Oh, and Ford! Soos also liked that anime one I made him, and Wendy liked hers!" She adds to quickly cover the first name she mentioned.

"No, no, you said Gideon. Oh my god, you said Gideon of all people." He wheezes, dying of uncontrollable laughter. She hits him from across the table.

"Oww! Mabel!" She just giggles. I turn over to him.

"Are you okay, Dipper?" I ask tentatively, looking at his pink face.

"Uhuh. My face just feels slapped." He replies, giving his sister the evil eye.

"You deserved it!" She says as Susan arrives with our food. She places my pancakes in front of me, and I nearly drool in hunger. Picking up my fork, cut out a slice and pop the syrupy goodness onto my mouth, melting under the sweet taste.

"S' pretty good, ain't it, kid? " Stan asks with his mouth full. I nod, hungrily eating the dinner/breakfast. We eat in hungry silence for a while, and after about twenty minutes has passed, we all lay back with bellies full.

"I think you guys are pretty blessed to have this good of a diner I. Such a small town. I come from the suburbs, and even there we don't have anything like this. IHOP don't got nothin' on Lazy Susan." I say, patting my belly. Dipper and Mabel laugh, while Stan gives off a weird blush. Before I notice that I'm staring at him in confusion, Dipper leans down to my ear.

"He has a creepy old man crush on her. Don't say anything, but yeah, he really does." My eyes widen as I try to stifle a laugh. I notice that Bill has been keeping quiet, which is nice; albeit strange, since during the short time he's been in my head, he never shuts up.
