The Myth, The Map and The 4 Kingdoms

THE MYTH:
There's an Ancient Myth about how the 4 Kingdoms got built. Due to the Myth, once upon a time there were 4 ancient creatures who can control Fire, Water, Earth and Air. They were the most powerful creatures who were walking on Earth. Their names were Adar, Azura, Harlan and Era. Although they were really close friends, they had decided to live in different areas since they were too dangerous when they were together.
So each one created their own kingdom; The Fire, Water, Earth and Air Kingdom. They had a happy life. They had friends, fell in love, got married, had children who surprisingly carry similar powers as their parents. Of course Adar, Azura, Harlan and Era were powerful but they weren't Gods/Goddesses, they also had a limited life span which was just a couple hundreds of centuries longer than the humans (even than their children).
When everyone else they knew, they LOVED died continuously, over hundreds of years, they realized that they didn't want to live this long so they came together one last time and casted a curse on themselves which imprisoned them in 4 different swords.

Those swords, which named after them, inherited and always passed to the next generation of the Royal Families.
And lastly the Myth says that incase of an emergency the creatures of the Element Swords will unleash themselves to protect their kingdoms so until then, the Royal Families were responsible from protecting them.

  Fire is the element of power. The people of the Fire Kingdom have desire and will and the energy and drive to achieve what they want.
  Their founder is Adar.
