NOBILITY and UPPER CLASS
Lord & Lady: Lords and Ladies are given a fief by the Royal Family. They expected to pay taxes to the Kingdom and provide soldiers when needed. To do that, the lords and ladies are given absolute power over their fief. Within it, their words are the law. Whatever they say, the people have to do.
Knight (Knights are also referred as Lord the only difference is that they're in the army): 1/6

It is the duty of a knight to learn how to fight and so serve their lord according to the code of chivalry. Weapon practise includes enhancing skills in the two-handed sword, battle axe, mace, dagger and lance.
Squire: A squire is junior to a knight. It is the duty of a squire to learn about the code of chivalry, the rules of heraldry, horsemanship and practise the use of weapons. It is also their duty to enter into the social life of the castle and learn courtly etiquette, music and dancing. The squire serves in this role for seven years and becomes a knight at the age of twenty-one. Sometimes knighthood was conferred earlier as the reward for bravery on the battlefield.

MIDDLE CLASS:
Chancellor: A chancellor is a secretary to a noble person.
Healer: Healers are very highly regarded and respected occupation. Bleeding, lancing and surgical procedures are practiced. Being Healer is a more suitable position for the Waterbenders.

Teachers teaches their subjects in Campuses.
Moneylender: Moneylenders are basically the bankers.
Watchman (Guard): A Watchman is an official at the castle responsible for security.
Merchant: Merchants travels short distances to sell their wares, and does not own a store.
Blacksmith: The blacksmith is one of the most important, albeit lowly, occupations. Blacksmiths forges and sharpens weapons, repairs armor.
Armorer: An armorer holds an important occupation in the workforce. Armor has to be uniquely made to fit its wearer and is considered one of the specialist jobs.
Carpenter: The occupation of the carpenter is diverse. Carpenters builds furniture, roofing, siege engines and wood panelling. Carpenters are skilled craftsmen who shapes or made things of wood. They are highly skilled and considered to be elite tradesmen.
Clothier: Clothiers makes clothes for the nobles and requires having a knowledge of various fine and expensive materials.
Barber: A barber has many occupations in relation to personal care.
Baker: Bread is a daily staple of life, and good bakers are employed by nobles in their castles.
Librarian: Someone who's responsible from the library's order and books.
Tavern Owner: Owner of a tavern which is a place of business where people gather to drink alcoholic beverages and be served food, and in most cases, where travelers receive lodging.
