They can be in the Central City or in the Village.
How to Open a Tavern?
You can just COMMENT as;
*(Tavern's Name)*
In Central City. (or in Village)
Owner (or owners): (OC or OCs name)
You should only Comment ONCE your tavern or else 1 OC will have lots of taverns.
If you wanna RP in your tavern, REPLY to your own comment your entry. Or if you wanna RP in someone else's tavern, REPLY those comment.
