The next morning Louis decided he would pay management a visit. He didn't call to let them know he was coming. He wanted to surprise them, maybe even walk in on one of their secret meetings.
He rode the elevator up to Modest's offices and was surprised by what he saw once the elevator door opened.
Lo: Well. Would you look at this.
Jade, Jesy and Leigh-Anne were waiting outside their management's office. He assumed Perrie was inside. But he also knew Zayn was at home.
He approached the three girls and put on a smiling face.
Lo: Hey! Now that's a pleasant view. What are you beauties doing here so early?
Jade: We, uh...
Leigh-Anne: We have a meeting.
Lo: Cool. Is Perrie inside?
Jesy: No, it's just us three.
Well, that's strange!
Lo: You look worried, is everything ok? Is Perrie sick?
Leigh-Anne: We're fine. Listen, sorry but we have to go. Nice seeing you.
After the three girls went in Louis just stood there, dumbfounded.
What the hell is going on here?

Back home, Eleanor was waiting for him in the kitchen.
El: Where were you? You didn't leave a note.
Lo: I'm sorry. Did Zayn call?
El: No. Why would he call?
Lo: I called him to tell him to come here but I only got the voice mail. I went to visit management.
El: And?
Lo: I didn't get to.
El: What does that mean, you didn't get to?
Lo: The girls from Little Mix where there. Well, all except Perrie.
El: What? I don't understand? I need more details.
Lo: I stepped out of the elevator and I saw Jesy, Jade and Leigh-Anne standing outside the office. I asked them if Perrie was inside and they said it's only them three. They acted really strange and were avoiding the simplest questions. And then they just got up and left.
El: Ok.
Lo: I'm starting to think you were right. Something fishy is going on. Why would they have a meeting without Perrie? And what was this meeting about anyway?
At that moment Louis' intercom beeped and he went to open the gate to Zayn.
Once inside, Zayn noticed his El's worried look.
Z: What's so important?
Lo: I went to see management today.
Z: Lou...
El: Wait. Hear him out.
Lo: I didn't get to. You wouldn't believe who I saw there.
