Something poetic, I am supposed to write,
To make it look like a poem, right?
But with the voice inside your head running like a panther,
Competing with your frozen brain, ready to banter!
Discussing serious issues which seldom matter.
Like why don't we use food colouring in cake batter?
And while looking for pairs of words that rhyme
You end up committing a henious crime!
Like the above lines which are not at all legit
But hey, they rhyme, so gimme the credit!
You're reading this with much determination!
Equal to amount of my dedication.
Now you and I both know it's a lie.
But you're still reading this, you wonder why?
And by the time you realize this poem doesn't make sense,
You'll be too intrigued to leave so you read it anyway, hence
You ended up reading a poem which is complete nonsense!
