a/n: Guys im gonna finish the story tonight i have a party to go to so im updating now and i will update in about an hour or two before i leave. Im finishing it tonight so i can update the first story i wrote during the week or weekend depending. Hope you enjoy this chapter and after this one the next one is the last one.
I arrived to the park to find him sitting down on the bench. He asked "what do we need to talk about?" I said "us" he said "alright" I said "I don't want to be hurt" he automatically said "it won't happen" I said "I hope not and Peyton and my brother will hurt you just a fare warning" I said "now that I just said that. Do you still want to do this?"
He said "yeah I have been waiting a while for this" I said "me too" before I knew it he was kissing me. We walked around the park and got ice cream from the ice cream cart. I said "I have to go you know before Peyton thinks I died but I will see you later" he kissed me and asked "tomorrow?" I said "tomorrow at the wedding" I got to Peyton's house and told Peyton everything.
She said "so are you going to tell me who you picked or are you just going to have me figure it out" I said "you will see at the wedding which we have to go to sleep right now or mom will kill us if we sleep in tomorrow" we talked a bit more. I kept zoning out as Peyton was talking to me I just couldn't stop thinking about what happened at the park everything seemed just so perfect. In the morning Peyton and I drove to my house.
I heard my mom saying "I can't do this...I can't do this" I heard Colin say "mom yes you can" I walked upstairs and said "you can do it mom this is different than you and dad" she asked "are you sure? I don't want to put you guys through another divorce" I said "mom this is about your happiness not ours. Think about you and your heart not anyone else."
She smiled and hugged me she whispered in my ear "follow your own advice Ellie" I smiled and said "I did" and Colin said "you guys aren't gonna cry and bond right? If so I'm leaving but Its just a mother and daughter conversation right?" I said "no we aren't gonna be sentimental if we did mom would ruin her makeup" she laughed and I asked "ready for Colin to walk you down the aisle?"
She said "yeah". The wedding was gorgeous my mom was truly happy with Adam and he was happy with her. I saw him in the audience smiling at me gosh he was adorable and made me blush when he looked at me.
At the reception we danced and Peyton said "so him? You're happy with your decision right?" I smiled at him from across the room as he was talking with my brother and said "of course" she said "good" I said "go dance with my brother because I know about you guys' fling" she laughed and said "I know your brother didn't but I knew you knew" I laughed. That night tired me out I was happy and it was amazing overall my mom was happy and so were her children
