Oh. My. God.

Jason kissed me! And not by accident either, he definitely knew what he was doing.

I couldn't believe it, just when I was contemplating giving up on him, he went and did that! I truly thought I'd ruined everything with my stupid cuddle stunt but apparently that had actually helped. I woke up on his bed, meaning that he'd put me there somehow and I was fully expecting him to go absolutely nuts at me when I finally left his room. Instead, I found him singing Enrique and making me breakfast. If I thought that I was in Oz at his party, then what the hell was I going to call this? Wonderland? Did this mean that Lily was right all along? Why didn't he take things any further?

There were so many questions that I didn't have any answers to. I leant all my weight onto my front door and sunk to the ground as I tried to process everything, wondering what Jason was doing now that we were separated.

Not knowing what else to do, I texted in the group chat that I have with Lil and Mace to tell them what had happened then I went for a shower. I returned to find that I had twenty-four messages in the conversation. One was from Mason, telling me that it wasn't going to end well and that he still thought that Jason was a creep. The other twenty-three were from Lily, showing her enthusiasm, telling me she told me so, asking what it felt like and about a thousand emoji's. I didn't expect anything less.

Unsure what to do with myself, I stowed the cake that Jason had made in the fridge and began tidying up around the apartment. There wasn't really any mess but I needed to do something productive instead of jumping for joy and squealing with glee every five minutes. I even tried getting some of my history assignment done but the only momentous historical event I could think of was Jason and I sharing our first kiss. I somehow didn't think Miss Peterson would like me to do my essay on that.

Before I knew it, an hour had passed and I was sitting flicking through the TV channels like a mindless zombie. I had absolutely no intention of choosing anything to watch because Jason was still taking up all of my attention span. After cycling through every channel three times, I decided to go back to his apartment. I wasn't sure what I was going to do when I got there but I had to do something. At least ask him why he kissed me. Did he do it just because he could tell that I wanted him to? There was only one way for me to find out.

I arrived at his door and gave it the hardest knock my nervous hands could muster. I waited and waited but there was no answer. I tried a few more times and even called his name, hoping he'd hear me but he never came. Another quick Facebook stalk soon told me why. I was getting a bit too good at that.

His brother had tagged him in a post saying that the two of them were out golfing together.

I couldn't believe that Jason like golf. He really didn't strike me as the type. I guess it's true what they say, nobody's perfect. Cliché number three.

Figuring that Mason wouldn't want to hear anymore, I called Lily and told her everything.

"Oh my god that's so hot" She gasped.

"I know, right? I'm still pretty flustered!" I laughed.

"Are you seeing him again tonight?"

"I'd like to but Anna is coming over for a sleepover. I think it'd be a bit of a mood killer" I sighed, but was still glad that my sister was coming to visit.

"Do you realise what this means?" Lily asked. There was a lot that I could think that this meant but I let her continue. "We now have a connection to a different age group. Do you have any idea how good that looks for social media?"
