Finding Them (Doctor Who)

"Sweetie what are you doing?" River asked seeing her husband flick some switches in the TARDIS console.

"I'm going to find them, no matter what I have to find them," The Doctor said quietly.

River frowned sadly and sighed, she walked up to her husband.

"Sweetie? We can't go back...Amy said so," she said trying to comfort him.

The Doctor's shoulders tightened up and he flinched and when he turned around she saw that he had been crying. River's eyes softened and she place her hands in his face.

"Oh sweetie..." She said but was cut off by him.

"NO! DON'T YOU SWEETIE ME! AND I KNOW WHAT AMY SAID!" He yelled at her making her quiet down in shock.

"You...you speak of your mother as if you are not related to her, you speak as if you never want to see her again. What's with that?" The Doctor slowly said very angrily but also curious.

"I...I just think that they're happy with their life now," River said quietly.

"Without us? That's a sad life and one that makes you go mad with boredom!"

All of a sudden there was a knock on the TARDIS door and the Doctor quietly walked up to it, he opened it and what he saw shocked him.

Amelia Pond and Rory Williams.

He had found them.

And he was going to give them a better life.

With both of them together.

A true fairy tale come true.
