Camping

Tyler's Perspective:

It was a normal weekend in July when I heard my mom calling me to come downstairs. Little did I know I wouldn't regret walking down those stairs to see what she wanted.

"Tyler, a bunch of my friends are going camping with their kids would you like to come?" She said. Well being a country boy of course I loved camping and maybe it would help get my mind off of Kylie. "Sure mom I'd love to go" I replied. " ok we're leaving tomorrow you'd better go pack" I rushed up the stairs to pack my bag. I brought all the necessary things for camping, my fishing pole, my carving knife, clothes, swimsuit and a few other things. I laid down in bed that night thinking of what awaits at the campsite little did I know it would be more then I expected.

I was awoken by the sound of my alarm beep Beep BEEP I jumped out of bed turned it off and grabbed some clothes to go take a shower. I stepped out of the shower and looked at the time 8:00am good I still had plenty of time before I had to leave. I finished getting ready and headed down stairs. "Hey mom were are your keys I need to put my stuff in the car" I shouted out to my mom while walking down the stairs. "Their in the main hall I'l grab yourself a snack for the ride while your at it." I told her I would and threw my bag in the car.

I headed back inside ate and finished in perfect timing cause my mom was just heading in the car. "Ready" she asked me. "Yes I finished just in time" she replied with "okay while hop in". We got in the car and drive down miles and miles of the twisting country roads. I was looking out the window when I saw a sign that said camp 1 mile, we were almost there.

When we arrived my mom parked we pulled out our tents and bags and laid them in the grass. My mom went to talk to her friends while I set up the tents, all the other kids of my moms friends were down by the lake kayaking but all their tents were already set up.

While I was nailing in stakes to hold up the tent I saw a car pull up and guess who stepped out KYLIE! I was so panicked and nervous after all I went camping to get her out of my mind cause I thought I'd never see her again. I was mentally having a brain fart. "Get it together" I whispered to myself. I finished nailing in stakes and walked over to her.

"Want to go to the beach with me?" I said as I approached her. "Of course" she whispered in my ear seductively. It's gave me the good kind of chills. I grabbed her hand and we walked hand in hand down to the beach. We laid in the sand and talked about our time apart until Kyle stood up and wanted to walk along the shore we walked and talked some more and then the sun was starting to set. "I think we should head back its getting dark" I said. "But just look at the sunset it's so pretty we should stay and watching it set" she replied. She was so cute I couldn't help but stay.

We watched the sunset for a while and Kylie feel asleep on my lap she was adorable. I couldn't help but stare as I was thinking this I gave her a kiss on the forehead. She must have been walking up cause just then she reached up grabbed me by the neck and kissed me! It was a kiss with so much passion I could feel it still tingling on my lips after our lips broke apart. That night we feel asleep together on the beach.
