(It's now the next morning and Kylie just waking up to the sound of a phone notification)

Kylie: Oh what now (she checks her phone and sees that her flights been delayed till tomorrow due to absence of pilots cause of holiday vacations) Well I guess I get to sleep after all (she shuts off her alarm and goes back to sleep she wakes back up at 9am and goes downstairs to great her mom) Well good morning world

Mom: hey dear good morning

Kylie: good morning mom

Mom: Did you miss your flight?

Kylie: No mom my flight was delayed till tomorrow

Mom: And here I thought you were staying around here

Kylie: Oh mom you know I would stay by you but being President and CEOs hard work and the company needs me

Mom: I know dear I was only joking you make me proud every time you go to your job and I get to see your face on company flyers and billboards

Kylie: Thanks mom, I'm heading to get Coffee want anything

Mom: No I'm good drive safe

Kylie: Okay I will (Kylie got in her car and drove to the nearest coffee place. She walks to the cashier and notices another employee in the background that looked  familiar) Hi there can I get a Carmel latte thanks

Cashier: Sure can do that will be $6 (she hands him a $10 bill keep the change)

Kylie: Thanks

Cashier: and thank you I'll put in your order right away and you can pick it up right over there

Kylie: thanks so much (Kylie walks to where you pick up your drink and someone hands her the drink when she realizes who it is) Hey

Employee: Hey

Kylie: I thought you worked at smoothie junction

Employee: Well I have two jobs I work here too got to pay the bills somehow right

Kylie: Totally, when's your break?

Employee: In 5 minutes can you wait for me I'll come sit with you

Kylie: Sure I guess I could spare sometime

Employee: thanks (8 minutes pass and he comes out carrying coffee cake) Sorry for making you wait

Kylie: It's totally cool I'll forgive you

Employee: Thanks. I never got the chance to ask your name what is it ? Mines Luke

Kylie: The names Kylie good to meet you

Luke: Good to meet you too. When I first saw you in the smoothie shop I knew I wouldn't forgive myself if I didn't say hi

Kylie: haha thanks while you got to say hi and now you get to talk to me so you won't have to forgive yourself

Luke: hahaha thanks

Kylie: So why do you live here?

Luke: My mom lives around here and she has cancer so I stick around to help out

Kylie: Oh I'm so sorry

Luke: Don't be the last thing she wants is pity plus we're getting use to it. I moved here from Dallas Texas 2 months ago to take care of her. I quit my job and took 3 jobs here.

Kylie: What did you used to do?

Luke: I was a nurse. That's why I came her instead of my brother because he doesn't know a thing about medicine or cancer. I have a job at the local hospital were my mom is and I check on her every break I have.

Kylie: Wow that's a lot of responsibility.

Luke: Yeah it is but we all adapt. Anyway enough about me why do you live here?

Kylie: Well I live in Dallas Texas actually I'm visiting my mom for the holidays.

Luke: What about your dad?

Kylie: My dad died when I was three he was in the navy he joined after I was born he didn't want my mom to have to birth me alone so he waited.

Luke: Oh I'm sorry for asking

Kylie: No its cool I barley knew him anyway since I was so little.

Luke: Is it not funny we meet here and we were both in Texas for over 2 years

Kylie: Kinda is out of all the times to meet why now when I have to leave tomorrow?

Luke: Timing isn't always the greatest

Kylie: Tell me about it

Luke: You know you have the prettiest smile and when you laugh it brings a smile to my lips

Kylie: Thanks I actually kinda hate my laugh my friends make fun off if.

Luke: Nice while I love it. So next question what's your favorite color? Ready 3..2..1

Luke +Kylie: green...hahaha

Kylie: I guess we're both similar in taste haha. What's your favorite genre of movie?

Luke: I love comedy I like to laugh. What about you?

Kylie: I love comedy too.

Luke: We could be really good friends if you lived here maybe more then friends

Kylie: Haha yeah maybe. Want to come see a movie with me tonight?

Luke: I'd love to

Kylie: I'll pick you up at 6

Luke: I'll be here

Kylie: Okay see ya later. (She waves while walking away he watches her walk away amazed by her beauty)
