Thinking to myself as I step closer, 'Alright, I can do this again. No one dies.' I duck to avoid the sharp, shining armour of the unEarthly bat wing. The sharp, thin blade of the armour had sliced thinly on my shoulder. I could tell that this fight was on.

"Alright! I'm only armed with a disfunctional sonic screwdriver, you could kill me easily right now!" I dodge another large blade, glinting blue in the dimness of the blue lit room.

the alien's hissing voice had cought my attention, "Why would we kill you, Time Lord?" The interstellar killer inched towards me, a blood thirsty look in it's eyes.

"Because last time I killed your King." I reply coldly, glaring as it circles me.

"Oh, that's right." Sarcasm. The creature's number one way to set off it's victm. "You were the coward who killed him." He smirks at me, fangs showing as he shift's to a more 'human' looking form. "You know, Professor, you've got a lot of guts coming back here."

I give a half hearted and cold laugh, "Oh really?! I'm the one with the guts?!" I turn to face the ebony haired boy. "Do you not recall who had taken down your king?!" I looked into the boy's brown, almost black, eyes. I smirk as I see that behind his strong appearance, there was fear for his life. I glare coldly at him, my turn to circle the creature. I could see that his courage had shattered, but he was struggling to keep that from showing through. "Because, as I recall, I had taken him down easily. Now, defeating you?" I gin coldly and i snap my fingers, turning to face him. "Just like that."

The others must have saw him shift or saw mee walk in, ready to play a little game. Needless to say, I am surrounded.

The longhaired woman walked up to me. She has the same long, raven black hair I do. A signature trademark for this alien species. "Regeneration has changed you well, Professor. If I didn't know better, I'd think you were one of us." She motioned her hand towards The Swarm.

Yeah, I knew her. I had met her last time. Jocelyn wasn't a very 'loving' person, she was more of a bitch and very childish on some ocasions.

"Small talk, Jocelyn?" I ask flatly. You were never good at small talk."

"Why are you here?" Impatience flooded her cold voice.

"You know why."

She rolled her eyes, and replied, "Who care about what the stupid Shadow Proclaimation says! You know- they know our home was destroyed in that stupid war!"

"But you take over a Level Five planet?! The Proclaimation and the Council said Level One or Uninhabited planet! I don't think they would be happy to hear that the last of the surviving members of The Swarm are back on Earth, and breaking their contract. I also dont think that we'd want a repeat of last time." As I said that, I saw the fear for their lives flood to their eyes. I was a Time Lord that they knew very well, and feared.

After all that was said, I watched them as they left.

Walking back out of the room, I see that Jaime hadn't moved from his spot behind the chair.

"Jaime? It's safe to come out now." I walk over to him, holding my bleeding shoulder.
