Where to?

We were as alone as you can really be at the mall...headed for the exit to parking lot B where I had parked my car. "Alexander?" I heard the one voice I hadn't expected nor wanted to hear. "Alex! How are you?" Maddie and I turned to face Juliana.

Juliana? She was supposed to be in Virginia! Why is she here? "Juliana...hi. what are you doing here?" I asked glancing at Maddie. Maddie had a confused and angered look on her face. She has never liked Juliana but I do...well did.

"Oh shut up! Haha call me Jule like you used to babe!" Her smile was plastic and her attempt to look innocent terribly faked. "I came back to visit some old friends that's all!" She turned her attention to Maddie and I was nervous "Hey Madds long time no see! How are you?" I could hear the venom dripping from her teeth.

"I'm fine." Maddies voice was equally venomous. If looks could kill they would both be on the floor. "Anyways Alex I was wondering if we could hang out...you know for old times sake?" I could tell what she was hinting at and I wasent amused.

"Actually I will be pretty busy for the next few days" I laced my fingers with Maddies "how long will you be in town?" For a split second I could see something in her eyes that I could only describe as rage. "Not too long...maybe a week." She said glaring at Maddie. I could've sworn I saw a slight smirk before she spoke again. "I have to go meet with an old friend nice seeing you again Alex..." Her eyes moves to Maddie. "You too Madelyn" I felt her grip around my hand tighten. "It's Maddie"

With that she spun around and strutted off. Her long blonde hair swaying back and forth as her tanned legs carried her slim body towards Forever 21.

"I hate that bitch." Maddie whispered. "Come on she's not all bad..." Maddie whipped her head towards me. " Alex how can you say that?? She bullied me almost my whole life and she broke you! She cheated on you and she dated you only because..." She stopped. "Because of what...?" I asked. "Never mind...it dosent matter anymore... det är det förflutna."

Maddie and I would sometimes speak in Swedish because we learned the language together because we want to go to Sweden one day. We would speak Swedish when we were talking about people or if we wanted to be serious. Det är det förflutna means "it is the past" I knew it was better to let it go.

"So where to?" Maddies face lit up and simply replied. "Tacos?" With that we made our way to my car. "Next stop..." I said "TAVO BELL!" We yelled at that same time. The closest Taco Bell wasn't very far. We made it through one song and we were there.

"Quick! Dine in or drive thru?" I said quickly. "Uh um..." Maddie hesitated. "Hurry!" I teased "Dine in!" She said frantically. I laughed to myself as I parked the car. We hopped out and headed towards the line.

"So Madds do you want the usual?" I waited for her answer. "Maddie?" I turned to see her looking to the back at a booth. I followed her gaze and when I saw what she saw I instantly regretted it. "Let's go." I said pulling her towards the exit.

I can't believe they would do this to us. Juliana and I weren't together anymore and neither were Maddie and Jeff but the feelings never truly left and I know Maddie felt the same but...making out at a Taco Bell was not how I wanted to find our cheaters...together.

I'm back and there is DRAMA!! sorry I haven't updated in a billion years haha but I'm back and I plan on posting more often until then
