Jaxon
I casually hummed one of our newer songs while I organized some of my notes I had from a meeting this morning.
There was a soft knock at the door and I instantly knew who it was.
She always knocked quietly.
"Come in." I called.
A tanned leg emerged first followed by teal workout shorts and a white t-shirt, then the beautiful, freckled and blue-eyed face of my girlfriend.
She had called in sick; she looked tired, her hair was up in a messy bun and she had running shoes on. She was probably going to the gym.
"Hey, baby girl. Are you feeling okay?" I asked as she stepped towards the front of my desk. I lightly took her hand and kissed her knuckles and a small blush appeared on her face.
Something was bothering her.
She fiddled with her house keys and looked down.
"I went to the doctor yesterday. I told you I wasn't feeling well and stuff." She said quietly.
My heart began to race. Was something seriously wrong? All she did was look tired...maybe that meant something more?
"Are you okay? You look a little tired? Should you be even walking!? My God I am taking you to the best hospital in the world. I will tell Ty to get the jet ready." I panicked.
"Jax no! I'm fine...well kind of." She said grabbing onto the sleeve of my white dress shirt.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Jaxon, I'm pregnant." She said.
I blinked a few times and stared down at her.
She was pregnant?
"With me?" I whispered disbelieved.
"No with my f.ucking pillow." She snapped.
Who would have thought...Jaxon Steele would have a baby.
"Wait...Jaxon and Connor can't have the same baby." I said and her eyes zoned in.
Oh f.uck...
"Well that's awesome. You care more about your job then you do about me and your baby. You know what? I am so tired and sore that both Connor and Jaxon can go f.uck themselves. Especially Jaxon." She snapped.
"Tessa wait!" I said quickly.
"I'm going to work out. Deal with your Hannah Montana thing before you call me." She said before slamming the door.
"Why does everyone keep calling me Hannah Montana?" I whispered.
Tessa
After a few hours of working out at the gym I trudged towards Ted's for some chicken fingers and fries.
"Hey Tess, no Jaxon or Vic today?" Joe asked.
"No just me." I smiled. I took a seat in a booth and chicken fingers and fries were sat in front of me. I looked outside as it began to get darker and darker. Soon rain began to pound against the glass and I sighed.
"You need a ride home Tess?" Joe asked. Before I could answer the door opened and Jaxon walked in with his hair and shirt drenched. The makeup on his neck and arms was completely off.
"Jaxon?" Joe asked confused.
"Before you ask, that guitar I said Connor Hale signed...well it was actually me. I'm Connor Hale." Jaxon said.
My jaw literally dropped as he said that.
He came towards me and kissed my head sweetly.
"I'm so sorry I even second guessed you. You're my girl and that is our baby and I will do anything for you and him or her to stay in my life. Even if it means Connor Hale is no more."
"But you love singing and performing." I whispered.
"I also love seeing my gorgeous personal assistant smile at me and bring me coffee everyday. She is the only girl for me and I would do anything for her. If my clients leave then they leave, I still have my music." He said and I couldn't help but smile.
"You're going to break the Internet." I laughed.
"We are, once everyone knows the girl who still eats captain crunch cereal at age twenty-four has me on a leash." He chuckled.
"It's good cereal." I shrugged.
"Uh, I hope you don't mind, I had your stuff moved from your apartment." He said.
"What? Why?" I asked.
"You don't have a car and I read that you need to go to appointments like every month." He said shocked and I couldn't help but laugh.
"You want me to move in with you?" I asked.
"I would love nothing more." He confirmed.
"Can I have full reigns to the Impala?" I asked.
"She's all yours." He said dropping the keys into my hand.
A little keychain with a picture of us was in it and I smiled.
"You're so cheesy." I laughed.
"I know, but I knew you would want the Impala." He laughed.
