It was cold today. Leah walked down the streets of Central City; no destination in mind. She was just on a casual stroll, observing people. Learning all about said people as their information popped up on a little screen in front of her right eye—god, this was intrusive. Why had Ray told her to do this anyway? He'd given her a new visor prototype again, a modified Google Glass. Sure, she could use it all day and monitor system reports without looking conspicuous, but at what cost? She looked like a creep, or a hipster, or a hipster creep. But hey, now she knew that Jane Doe over there had a creepy obsession with ceramic puppies. And that was very valuable information....
As she continued down the busy street, people would occasionally stop and give her odd looks. Some even rolled their eyes before turning and walking in the other direction. Leah didn't blame them—wearable tech was still years away from entering mainstream culture. But for the most part, people simply ignored her. They were far too engrossed in their own digital lives to dare look up from their phones. She probably would have been too, had she not needed to look for bugs in the visor interface.
Leah rounded the corner of West Hastings Street and caught sight of Jitters. In all honesty, a bagel sounded heavenly at the moment. Jitters had this special spread that was to die for. She made her way towards the crowd that fluttered in and out of the doors. It was probably going to be bad in there, but that bagel would be so worth it.
A red arrow popped up on the visor as she went to reach for the door. She dropped her hand and shuffled back out into a less crowded area. What was that? Something red was never a good sign. She followed the arrow with her head until she caught the eye of a man on a golden motorcycle. Leah discreetly tried to swipe at the touchpad by her ear. The crosshair was currently trained on him, so that couldn't be a good sign. Red was never good. She swiped again to see his info.

Threat level 5.
Incarcerate immediately.Woah...Threat level? Incarcerate? She hadn't programed any of that. It was probably just leftover fragments from the previous interface designed by Ray, right? Part of it didn't seem to load correctly, resulting in an odd, glitchly blur. Leah shifted uncomfortably as she noticed the man's eyes narrow at her. Well, if he was a threat, she did not want to stick around to find out why. She spun around and headed inside the building. The red would go away soon, right? At least it was warm inside.
As she made her way to the front of the line and ordered a small bagel, Leah caught sight of Cisco. He was up on the second level discussing something with someone. He looked slightly more focused than usual. She tilted her head just the slightest so that the camera would be able to conduct a facial scan on whoever he was with. So there was an advantage to this visor thing after all... spying on one of your only friend's social lives. She definitely deserved that creeper label now. It took a minute to pop up, but the information displayed clearly on the small screen:

Or maybe they were just friends. Cisco was super friendly, after all. But with the suit in the lab, and Cisco's apparent ability to build anything he wanted, it did seem kinda likely that he knew, or even worked with the Flash. He did have a tendency to rant on and on about improving the speed and response time on his 'toys'.
Leah blinked. There was a possibility Cisco worked with the Flash. Woah, ok. That wasn't weird at all...
The soft click of heels coming down the stair broke Leah from her thoughts. She tensed as she watched the woman descend the stairs. She didn't need a visor to tell her who this was. The face would probably never leave her mind. Golden Glider. The information still displayed on the tiny screen:
