Chapter 11: The job of a high school host

This morning, when we arrived at the club, i wasn't surprised to see the club like a jungle after all we had talked about making it more tropical- like yesterday. I went to the changing rooms to change and when we heard the door opening me and the others positioned ourselves to get ready for our early guest, although i wasn't expecting haruhi.

"Where...is this?" She said looking around.

"Welcome!" We said. She deadpanned and almost fell when a bird landed on her head.

"Oh, it's you haruhi."Me and my brothers said."Your late."

"According to my calendar, it's still April." Haruhi carried on ignoring us.

"Huddling under a heated table, and fearing the cold would be nonsense!"King waved his hand around."Why else would we have this heating and cooling system?" He said about to enter one of his fantasies. 

"Do you still have some sort of criticism to our club's policies?"Kyoya said."Haruhi-kun, you owe us a debt of 8 million yen."(Yen:Currency in Japan.)

"Fine men do not bundle up in bulky clothing."King carried on clearly thinking we were all still listening."It may be a chilling early spring in the world, but in our club, we welcome our chilly little kittens to a warm, south tropical aura!"Whilst he said this, hikaru slid a hand down me and kaoru's faces and we smiled at him."Yes today is supreme paradise,"He shouted, an arm on haruhi's shoulder, and haruhi with her usual deadpan."a hot, hot island of everlasting summer!"He put his hand up with sparkles around his body. A few minutes later, we opened the club for business.

"We will be having a dance party." I said to our guest.

"What kind of dance party?"She asked.

"We're renting the large hall in the central building..."Hikaru started.

"And throwing a large event there."Kaoru finished. Hikaru put a hand on my cheek and a hand on kaoru's.

"But i really want to spend time with you two..."Hikaru said. I held both of their hands.

"Me too."I sighed and pouted.

"Don't say that, hikaru kouru...I'm the one who really wants it..." Kaoru said. We stayed in our position as our customers fangirled over us.

"Fantastic!"

"Brotherly love, with a south tropical flavor!"

After we closed the club and changed, king was in a foul mood eating instant ramen and the slurping was annoying me. Not to mention he wasn't even helping us with the party planning.

"King, stop eating the ramen already"I growled eyebrow twitching."and help us plan the party!"

"Did Princess Kasuga taken a liking to haruhi?"Kaoru asked.

"Really bother you this much?"Hikaru interrupted.

"Her illness isn't something that just started, right?"Kyoya said typing on laptop.

"Illness?"Haruhi questioned.

"Wandering host-hopping disease."Hikaru said popping up in front of her.

"Otherwise known as The-never-the-same-boy-twice disease."Kaoru said coming from behind hikaru.

"The funny thing is,she's the only one who has it." I said coming from behind kaoru.

"Usually, our customers designate the same host in perpetuity,"Kyoya said still typing."but she tends to change her favorite on daily basis."

"Up until now, she was with Tama-chan, right?"Honi-senpai added popping out of nowhere.
