Third P.O.V
There was now silence, the same eerie silence there is when your talking in class and the whole room goes silent.
Nicole opened her eyes, and her mouth dropped at the sight.
Milla stood in front of her. Both of her arms wide open, and blood slightly seeping through her black jacket. She fell to the ground with a loud thud, and Nicole followed after.
"W-Why?" Nicole muttered, as she looked at her first female bestfriend. Millas eyes were wide open, tears still in them. Nicole's mother had made a clear shot, right in the middle of Millas forehead. "Hehe, oppsies!" Her mother faked her tone, into a 'sorry' and childish one. Nicole's eyes welled up with tears, which rolled down her cheeks and onto Millas face. Nicole saw police officers run up to them, and cuff her mother, who growled at them.
Nicole stood up, gently taking Millas head off of her lap, and walked up to her mother. She put her mouth up to her ear. "You lied..." Was all Nicole said, before the officers dragged away the grown woman who was putting up a hissy-fit. Nicole pulled out her phone and checked her texts, just as the paramedics took Millas cold lifeless body away. 'I'm sorry I couldn't protect you, Mi-Mi' I though as I looked at my only text I got.
To Nicole:
I hope you don't mind, but you have much more to live for than I could ever have. Just remember one thing, there will always be an opportunity for you, but you should aim for the golden one. I love you nick. You were the best bestfriend that I could have ever wanted'
